The Super Mario Bros. Movie continues to be a storming success at the box-office and while the best experience is to watch the animated film on the big screen, there will be many of you waiting for a a physical or digital release to sit back and chill at home. Sadly, it seems as though the aforementioned physical release for The Super Mario Bros. Movie has been delayed until Saturday, 1st July, the movie was initially set to be released physically on 6th June. The digital release on Amazon and Apple TV etc has also been delayed, though it’s indefinite, with no date just yet. It seems as though Nintendo and Illumination wants the film at cinemas for a while longer.

Why don’t they just keep it in the cinema until September, it would be a big hit during the summer holidays.
It’s already gonna be in theaters for a longer period of time, they will milk this for as much as they can.
I see this movie in cinema three times :) this movie isnt petfect but i love it. First real great videogame movie. 9/10 for mario fans, 8/10 for everyone.
