Aspyr Media has announced disappointing news for fans of the classic Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords video game. The Restored Content DLC, which was announced alongside the game, has officially been canned on the Nintendo Switch family of systems. The Restored Content was a popular mod for the PC version and was initially scheduled to release on Nintendo Switch last year. Because of the cancelation the company has offered owners of Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords a complimentary key for another Star Wars title. However, the situation does not seem to have gone down well with the fans on social media.

I really thought this had already been released a long time ago. As someone who bought this I am more than disappointed I won’t be able to experience this. I don’t have any other console or pc so no other way to experience this. Will definitely be thinking about my Aspyr purchases in the future.
So you gonna give up after one disappointing news? It’s not like they are Activision-Blizzard where they constantly release broken ports littered with microtransactions and asset flipping the same game game since the year 1666 and they do this literally every year. That’s where you draw the line? I swear some people give up on a company after one hiccup yet they continue to support one’s that mess up every single time. Well you do you.
God your an idiot. Your attitude is exactly why companies still do this crap. Oh it’s just one thing it’s not so bad. Yes I am giving up on a company after something like this as this was a selling point they pushed when advertising the game. This is false advertising and should not be supported.
You don’t know me at all so don’t make an ass out of yourself and assume, but you do you. I haven’t supported Activision Blizzard for years when all this stuff about how they treat their employees and all the garbage they are doing has come out. It’s one thing to make your comment if I said or have said anything about Activision Blizzard but I never have.
Can they be sued for false advertising?
Some of the comments on the twitter feed are suggesting that. I’m pretty sure they can. I thought it was in the game cause if you go in the options I swear there is an option to enable the dlc. There was a story a long while ago that said you had to have that selected when you start a new game or if you tried to do that after this was installed then it would mess the game up.
It’s pretty crazy all that was done but now it’s canceled.
PC,or do not. There is no DLC.
