One of the Twitter users who first discovered the Persona 3 remake domain registered by Atlus has stated on the social media platform that the game will be titled Persona 3 Reload and will be announced at the Xbox Game Showcase on Sunday. The user says that it will release this autumn and that it is coming to PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. A Nintendo Switch version of Persona 3 Reload was not mentioned, but it could come at a later date as is common with Switch ports. We will have to wait and see if the information is legitimate on Sunday.

As long as it comes to Switch then i don’t mind a later port.
Leaked trailer appears to state that the Persona 3 remake and Persona 5 Tactica will be XBOX, PC and GAMEPASS only and not on Playstation at all. The November dating also seems to be for the Persona 5 game not Persona 3 which states early 2024.
The trailer in question was intended for the Xbox Showcase event, so the absence of a PlayStation and Switch logo doesn’t mean anything. The same thing happened with the trailer for the ports last year.
Who knows about a Switch version of the game, but a PS4/PS5 version is practically a given.
