  1. This was the one right here, also after so many years we finally got an actual peach and daisy playable in a 2d Mario game, also is blue toad a goomba in the thumbnail I been getting some Mario Odyssey vibes with some of the transformations.

    1. Wait, wasn’t the spiral of mediocrity sonic fall into the last years the worst nightmare of the sonic fandom?

    1. Honestly, some people might not; at least, not during release windows. Things are tough out there now.

To be a little hopeful though, Sonic games go on sale a lot more frequently than Mario games do. People might opt for Mario first and then wait for Sonic to go 25% off or something.

  2. I’m going to get both. 2D Sonic and Mario games both look fun

    Pikmin 1, 2, 4
Mario Wonder, Sonic All Stard(why not call it “Sonic the Hedgehog 4?”)
    Mario RPG,

    1. Mario’s fans tend to be friendly but sonic’s start to disrespect the former when they feel overshadowed so nowadays most of mario’s fandom are just sarcastic towards sonic…and ironically most of them cannot interpret sarcasm, lol.

  3. It’s great to see a new playable character make the cut for what looks like a mainline Mario title, by which I mean Daisy. Kinda hoping there will be more that we haven’t seen yet- looking at you, Wario and Waluigi.

    1. Could potentially Mario games are notorious for having secret worlds and stuff, I wouldn’t be surprised if Rosalina is in-game after beating the main campaign
