Bloomberg journalist Takashi Mochizuki says that Capcom is planning to announce a new game which the company is assured to sell millions of copies of by March 2024. It is not clear which franchise the game is from, but it is thought to be the next mainline Monster Hunter game, which is expected to be a sequel to the hugely popular Monster Hunter World. The news came after yesterday’s Capcom’s earnings report.

      1. Street Fighter Vs. Phenix Wright?
        Mega Man Legends Trilogy?
        A new Capcom Zelda game?
        Capcom Vs. Nintendo?
        Veiwtiful Joe Returns?
        Okami 2?
        Mega Man 12?

  1. I hope it’s the sequel for Monster Hunter World, although i found that Monster Hunter Rise is more enjoyable and has smoother gameplay.

    1. Let’s see, REmake 4 was already released, so only other property could be MH, but Rise is still very recent. If the rumors about a new Zelda game later this year is true it might be a Minish Cap or Oracle remake.

  2. Until I hear Megaman X9 nothing else interest me. I would even be willing to help with music, story and sfx.😔

    1. Because that would make too much sense and that’s something we all want and you know Capcom doesn’t want to make us happy.
At this point I would just settle for a collection of all 3 Strider games or a Breath of Fire collection (including Dragon Quarter), I would settle for anything that isn’t another Monster Hunter, Resident Evil, or another one off test subject attempt at an online team based focused multiplayer game.
I don’t have any real issues with Resident Evil as long as they made something else along with remaking older RE games, hell I wouldn’t mind seeing Code Veronica and the Outbreak games get remade myself, but I was highly disappointed with MHRise’s expansion due to the devs mostly only focusing on elder dragons while the game was lacking snake wyverns, insects ect, and their attempts at multiplayer focused games have been doa for almost a decade now, even making RE Operation Racoon City look like a masterpiece compared to the multiplayer trash they’ve been recently putting out lately.

  3. Here’s an idea, make a Onimusha collection and reboot Mega Man Legends 3 then, or how about finally releasing Dungeons and Dragons Arcade collection, Punisher, Final Fight 2-3, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, and Alien vs Predator on a Capcom Beat’em up collection vol2, if not then at least port Gatcha Force and Asura’s Wrath to current platforms.
I literally stated a few ideas that would sell well but I’m sure none of these ideas passed Capcom’s mind, seriously I would love to have all of these ideas to come true but unfortunately that would be to much like right.
