SNK has provided fans with a new look at their hotly-anticipated next fighting game Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves during this weekend’s EVO event. The game has been given a new title and a short teaser trailer which gives a glimpse of the iconic Terry Bogard and Rock Howard and the stages for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will include various locations within South Town. A release date for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves has yet to be announced by SNK.

I seen that the title said Fatal Fury, so naturally i clicked on it.
NOOO WAAAY!!!! I HAVEN’T HAD THIS AMOUNT OF GOOSEBUMPS IN YEARS OMG!!!!!! Garou Mark of the Wolves is my favourite fighting game ever! This is soooo hype!
Was fearing this was going to be a sequel to Mark of the Wolves and not set during the older games. MotW failed to really capture that 80s action movie feel that the series was known for prior to it. We also wont get the returning cast “in their prime” because of it. I guess they maybe took a look at Street Fighter 6 and decided they also needed to push the “narrative” forward regarding the roster. Too bad it probably wont have the single player mode of SF6 since South Town would just be an all-around better location to do such a game in since it has more iconic locations. Its interesting to see some stages from KoF Maximum Impact return like the Live House and Factory.
