Japan: Pikmin 4 was No.1 game for 3rd week in a row, selling 78,838 physical units

The latest Japanese boxed-video game software and hardware sales for the week of 31st July, 2023 to 6th August, 2023 are now here. There’s no change at No.1 this week as Pikmin 4 continues to shine selling an additional 78K physical copies, which is particularly impressive given that this is its third week on sale. On the hardware side it was the Nintendo Switch family of systems which continue to dominate selling an additional 93,210 units. Here’s the best-selling games this week in the land of the rising sun.
