Midori: All of the SEGA reboots are coming to Switch 2

Proven SEGA Atlus leaker Midori has commented further on the slate of remakes in the works over at SEGA and now says that all of them are destined for the successor to the Nintendo Switch. SEGA previously announced that Jet Set Radio, Golden Axe, Shinobi, Streets of Rage, and Crazy Taxi are all being revived, though it refused to announce platforms. It now seems as though these titles will be skipping the original Nintendo Switch and will instead land on the unannounced Switch 2.

  1. As expected. The only stubborn one out of major Japanese devs is Square Enix and their love for Sony’s lunch money.

    1. I wonder how much that FF7 exclusivity money is. It has to be a TON because from the whispers around, FF7 rebirth isn’t selling so well. SE didn’t even bring up Rebirth numbers when they talked about how well all their other games are doing.

  2. Alright, correct me if I’m wrong on this, but didn’t this Midori person recently say that they were done with leaking insider information? We’ve seen nothing but new information from them over the past several weeks since they “retired”, and now I’m just feeling confused.

        1. I believe it was same day or couple days after, people were asking for her to come back on Twitter and to not leave, she definitely was gone too long.
