The talented team at Monolith Soft are currently in the process of recruiting more programmers to help develop their next project which remains publicly unknown at present. Last week, the company published an interview on their website in an effort to help drive recruitment at the RPG studio. Monolith Soft’s last title was Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and its respective DLC. The company has previously helped development of a number of first party titles including the critically acclaimed, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Monolith Soft hiring more programmers

yay
Plz be the M rated game they’re wanting to make. I have more faith in Nintendo not censoring an M rated game than I do Sony. (They just couldn’t fucking help themselves with fucking with Stellar Blade…)
After what nintendo changed in Paper Mario’s remake?
Monolith Soft is in an interesting spot right now. They’ve just come off the huge success of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and its DLC, and of course their major support role on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which really showcased their world‑building expertise.
This is a really interesting update! I’m always curious to see what Monolith Soft is working on next. Thanks for sharing!
Interesting to see Monolith Soft hiring more programmers after Xenoblade Chronicles 3. I have been playing Class of ’09 Online, a late-2000s dark-comedy visual novel with sharp branching routes.
Interesting hiring news from Monolith Soft. Looking forward to seeing what they build next.
Monolith Soft has consistently delivered amazing RPG experiences like Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Really exciting to see them expanding their programming team for whatever new project comes next!
