Mario Party developer NDCube changes company name to Nintendo Cube

The developer behind the cherished and long-running Mario Party franchise has announced that they have changed their name from NDCube to Nintendo Cube. The Japanese company also revealed their new logo showcasing the official name change. This is the statement Nintendo Cube published on their website:

Notice of Change of Trade Name (Company Name)

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patronage and support.
We are pleased to announce that our company name has been changed as follows, effective September 1, 2024. As of September 1, 2024, our company name will be changed as follows. Company name after change (in English): Nintendo Cube Co.
