Update: These leaked photos of the Switch 2 Joy-Cons have a system serial number that is valid by Nintendo’s Check Warranty page.
New images, which have yet to be verified, have seemingly leaked of the Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con controllers. The images were widely shared on a Chinese social media platform and had plenty of users avidly discussing whether they are genuine or fake. We won’t know for certain until Nintendo reveals the long-awaited device, which is expected to be announced sometime this quarter.
The time is getting ever so near for the big reveal, unless Nintendo are planning on delaying this again, surely this is the month.

The player 1, player 2 indicator lights from the current joycon are missing. The thing above the SL button is weird, looks like a button inside a button. Also, why is it blue on that part, when it will be hidden most of time inside of the console or with a grip? Until Nintendo confirms, it is not advisable to trust this. It could very well be 3d printed or a prototype.
The blue color looks like a design feature that could visually distinguish the joy-con from the original joy-cons even more.

Ya know at this point you’re just being repetitive. People who believe these rumors are going to continue to believe them, and those who are skeptical will continue to believe skeptics. Everyone is excited for the Switch successor, and everyone shows that excitement in different ways. You can’t force others to have the same way of thinking as yourself, so please just accept that whatever reactions people have in the future after the console is revealed is going to happen regardless of what you want to happen.

I checked with random characters and the warranty site validated them, meaning this “leak” could very well be using a random code.
I saw a comment on twitter saying this and I tested, on necrolipe’s tweet.
I wonder if Nintendo is waiting for CES 2025 or something. It starts on the 7th, although, knowing Nintendo, they probably have something else planned. They need to make it official soon. Like… 2 weeks ago 😂
