Rumour: OnLeaks shares 3D renders of Nintendo Switch 2

Reliable phone rendering site OnLeaks have shared what they deem to be accurate renders of the Nintendo Switch 2. The site has shared images along with a 360 degree video of the render. It is not clear how accurate the design is compared to the final design of the system, though it does closely follow the design of the leaks which have been prominent over the past few days. Check out the 360 degree view of the system down below.

    1. Sorry to remain skeptical about the mountain of misinformation that the internet contains…

And what will you do if everything shown has turned out to be false? ^^
This rendering proves nothing, any photoshop user is able to do it…. it only serves to fuel the collective fantasy

Apparently no one has understood that it is in the interest of this kind of sites to feed false rumors or not because anyway, they will claim that it is Nintendo’s fault if they are wrong!

      1. I think most of us take the things we see with a grain of salt until an official announcement is made. As convincing as all this is, there is always the possibility that Nintendo shows us something different.

Now with that obvious statement out of the way, time to put our tin foil hats on here. All these rumor do seem a bit too close together as if they’re all showing the same thing. Its not as if we’re seeing a few designs rumored, they all have the same looking Joy-Con controllers with the same button layout. I think the three things that really stand out for me when it comes to wanting to believe this is the device is that third party companies are showing their product wrapped around the Switch 2, GameStop has Switch 2 and Switch 2 Joy-Cons listed, and Nintendo themselves said despite all the leaks (realize they didn’t say rumors) they would be keeping to their scheduled announcement time.

Now, this render doesn’t necessarily contribute to the legitimacy of all the Switch 2 rumors, but if we were to assume the other rumors are true, this might be a close replica of the final product. Only time will tell.

        1. It was ex-employee Krysta who tweeted the past days that Nintendo will “stick to their plan” and used the word “leaks” instead of “rumors” or something else. So we shouldn’t take what she said as something official.

            1. I was mainly talking that just because she said leaks instead of rumors, it doesn’t mean it is official info, because she is not a Nintendo employee anymore. Even if she was, not every employee knows everything about a company. The part about sticking to the plan I can agree because Nintendo normally follow their methods.

    2. I couldn’t even figure out what sofiona wants/expects from the Switch 2 except that maybe it’s going to have some random gimmick. I can’t figure this person out.

  1. CFG and Tentri lick toilets

CFG and Tentri think harassment of devs because of terminally online gamers hating characters does not exist to them

    1. I mean I’ve read the comment a few times now and it’s just not coherent. Does anyone else get it? If you cut out the middle part, it’s “thinks harassment of devs… does not exist to them.” Is it accusing us of denying online harassment exists against devs? I really don’t know.

    1. They probably noticed that people are speculating that it is a actual final design for the Switch 2 but people keep making 3D renders replica of possibly the real thing by using a 3D render software on their PC.

    2. Nintendo CEO’s are hotheads, they will stick to a plan no matter what, they stay afloat as a gaming company because they literally make the best games in the industry and creative tech ideas, especially right now, but they make such terrible advertisments and economic decisions sometimes. hopefully this won’t hurt the sales of the next system though but damn, reveal the damn thing already, at least give us a date for the announcement.

      1. Nothing new really hasn’t been leaked except that there might be some sort of mouse functionality with the joycons. Everything else we’ve seen is pretty much what you would expect from the Switch successor. The real bombshells will be the launch window titles and any new apps and online features.

  2. The rumored 3D renders for the Nintendo Switch 2 are incredibly exciting! It’s amazing how far hardware design has come. Speaking of 3D, this hype for new consoles always makes me want to celebrate the classics. I’ve been looking for high-quality 3d models for 3d printer to create physical trophies of iconic Nintendo characters. That’s how I found Gambody. They have an incredible collection of premium STL files, from characters to vehicles, all optimized for 3D printing. Imagine having a detailed model of Mario or a Metroid on your desk while you wait for the Switch 2 to drop—it’s the perfect way to bridge the wait.
