Capcom has announced those essential dates for Year 3 downloadable characters for the critically acclaimed, Street Fighter 6. You’ve got the mighty Sagat coming this summer, C. Viper this autumn, Alex in early spring 2026 and finally Ingrid in late spring. Street fighter 6 is available right now on the Nintendo Switch 2.

This game was a flop they promised much higher results the cost mixed with lack of interest hurts it. Look people are not buying into the DLC and this game’s later sales are from severe discounts something Capcom won’t mention. They’re promised 10 million copies sold by the end of the games life cycle were near the end of this console generation. Not to mention licensing costs for guests and other things like costumes weren’t worth it and micro transactions aren’t sticking like they wanted. Curious if they get a significant boost with Switch version but probably not given lack of interest and the FGC being stuck in their ways.

Y’know, I wanted to say something since I think the game is extremely well amde and it should be praised and celebrated for that, but I honeslty can’t argue with what you’re putting down. The micro transactions for this game have been insane, and the FGC really are an unbendable group of people. I’m looking forward to the new characters, I think the game is truly a well made game that should be celebrated, but it has so much bogging it down.
