Final Fantasy VII Remake is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 this winter

If you have been wondering when the excellent Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will be arriving on the Nintendo Switch 2 then ponder no more as the official Final Fantasy account has said it will be joining the recently announced Xbox Series X|S version this winter. Square Enix is reportedly planning to bring the entire trilogy to both platforms. A release date for the third entry has yet to be announced.

    1. Why exactly would you do that if you have the superior ps5 version for years already? I just don’t understand why people are hyped to play years old games on something equivalent to a ps4 lol

  1. If it’s not physical, I don’t want it. Back on PS1 Final Fantasy Games were on four discs for a single game and Capcom on the Nintendo 64 used two Cartridges to fit some of their games on the console. Companies used to go the extra mile to get their games in a console physically

  2. Hope Rebirth is coming to Switch 2 as well. I bought it on PC and despite having an RTX 3080 and a 13th gen i9 the game crashes at an early cutscene. I can’t play my PC copy and hope it gets released on this platform so I can finally play the 2nd game, lol.
