Brit award-winning singer-songwriter and musical powerhouse Raye has once again teamed up with Nintendo to star in the brand’s new TV advert. An avid Nintendo Switch 2 player herself, this year’s campaign features Raye showing off the joy of gaming with others with Nintendo’s recently launched Nintendo Switch 2 console and games in a variety of scenarios:
- Donkey Kong Bananza with a young fan in her dressing room ahead of a concert. Mario Kart World using the Game Chat + Camera play features of the Nintendo Switch 2 console from the studio.
- Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV with friends at a Christmas party
The backing track for the ad is Raye’s latest single ‘Where is My Husband!’, which plays whilst showing the various ways the artist connects with those around her through the joy of gaming.

I’m familiar with the song, it has been in the zeitgeist lately. Over a million plays on spotify and it came out a month ago. Good on Nintendo for the hip choice.
