Batman Arkham Knight gets update for unspecified Switch 2 enhancements

The Batman Arkham series of games are great fun with plenty of content and excellent combat though it’s widely noted that the Nintendo Switch version of Batman Arkham Knight wasn’t quite up to scratch especially when it comes down to performance. Today, Warner Bros. Games have released an update which includes some unspecified enhancements for the game when played on the newer Nintendo Switch 2 in handheld mode. No doubt YouTubers will be all over this if there are some substantial changes.

Update addresses the following:

  • Additional stability improvements for Batman: Arkham Knight on Nintendo Switch.
  • Additional stability improvements when playing Batman: Arkham Knight on Nintendo Switch 2 through backwards compatibility.
  • Additional performance and visual improvements when playing the game undocked on Nintendo Switch 2 through backwards compatibility.
