Windows Central says Starfield will come to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026

Starfield had a lot of hype surrounding it before release but when the main product released that hype came and went rather quickly. Bethesda has been doing a lot of work improving the game with content updates and it seems that they are now preparing for the space RPG to come to both the PlayStation 5 and the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026. This information comes from Windows Central, which is usually quite reliable for these sorts of things. The publication says that Bethesda has been optimising the game for low power devices like handhelds so hopefully it will be smooth experiencing for the Nintendo Switch 2.

Also, Starfield will not only be getting its PlayStation 5 version in 2026, but also a Nintendo Switch 2 version on top. The game has already undergone some optimizations for “low power” devices like handhelds, so hopefully it’ll be a good experience on the Nintendo Switch 2 as well.

  1. This game was kinda fun despite it being kinda boring. We will see how well it will run and I know this will come with bugs cuz it’s a Bethesda game. Question is, will the fun and exploitable bugs remain? Find out on the next exciting episode of Dragon Ball Z.

  2. This is not gonna run well 💀
    Zero faith in Bethesda 💀

(Although, maybe if Panic Button does the port it could be decent)
