Square Enix has revealed the logo for the 40th anniversary of the beloved Dragon Quest franchise and it is as lovely as expected. The Japanese company says that it has plenty of surprises and announcements in store for fans in 2026. Fans will be hoping that we may see the reveal trailer for Dragon Quest 12.

A Dragon Quest 11 anime would be great a 2D anime no CGI stuff. Maybe 12 finally shows up??
12 has development issues the director left so that thing there is a reason nothing has been shown. Square is a mess behind the scenes only FF7 has anything everything else is bad.
Worse given Rebirth flopped. When part 3 comes out and flops harder they have no one but themselves to blame. Hopefully Nintendo buys them keeps Dragon Quest going and maybe finally Chrono Trigger remake Dragon Quest 11 style.
Where is Kingdom Hearts 4?
Vaporware. Rumor was the game was scrapped and restarted development. But don’t think its coming at all because mismanagement by Disney and Square.
Final Fantasy is a better saga, even if FF is mid af.

Saga? Also no Dragon Quest is way better, Final Fantasy is just more expensive.
Final fantasy was never better honestly. They are both of the same quality just different stories. FF after 10 has gone downhill though while Dragon Quest has not.
I just saw Square Enix revealed the Dragon Quest 40th Anniversary logo, and I think it’s beautiful.
