UK: Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream physical launch was 36% bigger than Pokemon Pokopia

UK video game journalist Christopher Dring is reporting this evening that the UK physical launch of zany Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream was 36% bigger than Pokemon Pokopia‘s launch. Naturally the fact that Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream was available to play on the original Nintendo Switch console comes into play here, but it’s certainly a very good start for Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream.

  1. There are many reasons for this:
1: This was more stocked then pokopia
2: This was available for the original switch, allowing for a bigger market
3: This was not a game-key card, so more people wanted it physically
The game is fun, nothing crazy, but a funny, delightful time!

    1. People really be acting like the 20 of you who care about “muh physikuls” can shift the market in any measurable way slays me. UK had near 0 Pokopia physical sales in its first month due to short supply, that’s it, this game won’t ever come close to total global sales.
