Legendary Nintendo developer Shigeru Miyamoto has posted a brief thank you message to fans via the Nintendo Today app for iOS and Android for watching The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. Mr. Miyamoto talks briefly about some of the Easter Eggs found in the movie and hopes that they reminded fans of their adventures in previous Nintendo games. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is in cinema worldwide.

He’s lived 8 years longer then Walt Disney, it will be really interesting to see what he does with Mario movie 3 when he’s nearing 80 in 2029. 😁

Had the honor of meeting him, Satoru Iwata, and Reggie back in ’05 in our hotel lobby in Hollywood. My wife and I had passes to E3. Good times. Even went to a private party hosted by Nintendo with Maroon 5 as the musical entertainment.
That is a seriously cool memory. The lead up to E3, pre youtube days was amazing.
I didn’t know they included Easter Eggs in the movie
Now let’s do some Kid Icarus and Star Fox movies.
I’d rather they produce a Star Fox project than kid icarus.
