The informative GameXplain has published a new video revealing that the new Super Mario Galaxy 2 update which was released yesterday fixes a lighting effect that plagued the game in certain areas. The issue was never present in the original Wii version of Super Mario Galaxy 2, but made its way in the Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2 pack for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
