A spiritual successor to Wii Sports Resort and a sequel to Nintendo Switch Sports, Nintendo Switch Sports Resort has been announced, exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2. Taking place on Wuhu Island, the game includes 12 sports: Boxing, Table Tennis, Archery, Tennis, Volleyball, Bowling, Basketball, Golf, Thumb Wrestling, Skateboarding, Power Cruising, Prop Plane, and Jump Rope. Nintendo Switch Sports Resort launches on 22nd October 2026.

I’m all in for this new sequel in this game. I haven’t gotten the new game in the series but I’m willing to try this again since the Wii era in 2007.
