Nintendo president Satoru Iwata recently told investors that the company is busy developing new features for Mii Plaza and new Mii related games for the Nintendo 3DS.
Iwata was told by an investor that there was very little left to do on the app which prompted Iwata to reveal that Nintendo is working on new content for the application which will arrive later this year. Satoru Iwata also mentioned that Nintendo is also developing a number of new titles that make use of all the Miis people have collected on their Nintendo 3DS console. Wonder what those will be?

I just hope these so-called Mii-centric games for the 3DS are going to be downloadable or involve something worthwhile. If we end up with what’s essentially a portable Wii Music, I’m going to head desk.
I’m still not done collecting puzzle peaces and hats to much walking for coins but hey if you just close the 3ds and shake it you get coins

i just hope they add alot of content to the creation of mii’s,like more hair styles,haircolor,eye color,accesorrys i hope for a wii version of xbox avatars,and arms on the miis are really needed…its just creepy

Personally I think miis are way better than the avatars, but I must agree, more hair styles,haircolor,eye color and accessories are a must! I wouldn’t mind arms either lol
I love the Mii’s. I hope for more add ons to street pass and other Mii games. Hopefully even a Wii Party but for the 3DS

Good, the Mii’s aren’t used enough currently for the 3DS.
What they should do is make a multiplayer, Mii shooter game. For some reason, the thought of Mii’s shooting each other tickles me.
I can see Mario Kart 7 having a mii character slot.
Thank God for this. I love StreetPassing my friends, but there isn’t really a lot of content after StreetPassing. Sure, the RPG and the puzzles are fun, but that’s barely 5 minutes of things to do every time you StreetPass. I’d like to be able to utilize the technology that’s already been built into the 3DS more- it’s a great system that’s not being used to its fullest.
Less miis for me please… They were fun at first, but humans are ugly enough in real life -I’d much rather just play games that don’t involve them. Feature-less little sea monkey bodies.. Flat-chested and soul-less little trolls. Almost as crap as xbox’s avatars; leatherface skin-suit wearing creeps. : )
I think Nintendo should make a video game similar to Lemmings, using Mii’s, where we can lead them to safety (or their demise lol) sure they did that with Mario vs Donkey Kong series…but they should either make one exclusively for Mii’s or make another for the series and include Mii’s in it this time
Another good idea would be an online social interaction game…be it an MMO or something similar to The Sims Online
Here’s one golden idea, Nintendo should contact this guy Jiggmin, who makes this flash game series called Platform Racing, bring that series to the 3DS and WiiU where people can use Mii’s to race like crazy, create their own levels, use an arsenal of weapons, race online, DLC etc etc…this game is practically Nintendos answer to LittleBigPlanet and I’ve seen many people play it on Newgrounds, it’s real popular. It’s a good concept for Nintendo IMO, be it a retail game or a Wii/3DSWare title

They should have made games for Miis with the Wii… Not just have them playable in certain games…

You could gather additional bot skins from Street Pass(I.E you pass someone on the street, their Mii becomes a bot you can play against); new levels from Spot Pass; play online and locally (at the same time); multiple game modes like Death Match, team deathmatch, capture the flag, etc; and (since they’ve already added hats in Mii Plaza) Mii item customization like TF2 hats and items.
Yeah, I would like to see some more Mii content on the 3DS. :)

I’d LOVE more RPGs on the 3ds! like maybe Lego Halo! LOL that would be funny! or another Dragon quest! But I would really find a Lego Halo game interesting!!
fps for miis would be the best game ever!
the fps is a good idea but it shoot be with paintballs so more little kids will be able to play it, just a thought.
