Nintendo of America is adding two great games to the Nintendo Selects value collection for the Wii console on June 10 with Mario Power Tennis and Pikmin 2, a Nintendo GameCube classic making its U.S. debut on Wii. Nintendo Selects games are available at a suggested retail price of $19.99.
Separately, two of the best-selling Wii games of all time will be getting new prices: Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Donkey Kong Country Returns each will be available at a suggested retail price of $29.99. The value pricing provides shoppers with a great way to expand their game collections with some of the hottest Wii games around.

Everybody in the gaming world has different tastes to games and everyone has their own opinion in which is the worlds best game. For me, it is out of Skyward Sword and Orcarina of Time, but that is just my opinion. So its really not wise to criticise someone just ’cause they think Halo is great.

I see what they’re doing. The E3 conference is on June 5th. Pikmin 2 comes out 5 days after that, they have to reintroduce the series before the Wii U Launch, which can really only mean one thing; Pikmin 3 is going to be available launch day.

Why wouldn’t they just release this on the vitual console and put that to better use and concentrate on developing and releasing new games?
there is no point cuase its a gamecube they could just by that version and it would be the only gamecube game on VC. Plus that would take up alot of memory.
Because ninendo doesn’t release wii games on virtual console. Also this game had been done a long time ago, it just couldn’t be brought to the US because of licensing problems (due to all the products mentioned in the game).

It took so long for it to be released in US because of some copyright involving some banners in the game, like Duracell for example.

Nintendo is finally gearing up for the Wii U. Sales for those games will go up when people who didn’t get a Wii or those games pick up a Wii U and those titles at a reduced price. I never thought they would lower the price of Brawl before SMG 2.
