Here’s The Launch Trailer For Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles Of Mystara

Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara is due for release “very soon” on the Wii U eShop, according to the Capcom trailer, and not today as previously announced. The Chronicles of Mystara comes packaged with two classic games: Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom and the sequel Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara, which have been fully updated with those HD graphics we all know and love. It also brings a new experience to Wii U owners by giving players the ability to use the Wii U GamePad touch screen to select spells and items, giving you a much more immersive and streamlined gameplay experience. Let us know if you’ll be picking this up when it is released on the Wii U eShop.

    1. “NOT”??? wow, considering you are mocking a next-gen console for offering older games I find it rather ironic you are using a put-down from an SNL skit that was popular in the early 90’s.

You see, some of us adults actually appreciate being able to relive some of the digital conquests of our past and reliving these classic moments from the long-ago. Not everyone is always after bigger and better graphics and processors and more guns and weapons in the next Call of Duty game.

Some of us are simply looking for that little taste of real-world magic that happens when you combine great gameplay/sound and music/and design into a solid game.

  1. This looks like a fun beat-em up. And nice to hear that it supports online multiplayer. I think I’ll be picking it up eventually.

  2. Looks like a souped up RPGish Golden Axe. Going to be hard to not buy this. Especially with up to 4 players and online support. That’s how you do it.

    1. what he said…looks legit. how do these eshop games get multiplayer but hard disks big franchises that matter dont?

      1. exactly. Super Mario 3D World should have this kind of online multiplayer. No Question! To have such a huge franchise with that kind of play would be a major plus for the Wii U.
