Popular video game importing website Play-Asia has apparently told a customer that The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D has been discontinued by Nintendo and they will no longer be stocking copies of the game. The retailer suggests that gamers download the critically acclaimed game via the Nintendo 3DS eShop.

There’s no doubt you can still buy a physical copy, they just don’t make any more.
Just because it’s discontinued doesn’t mean it isn’t on store shelves. My Walmart has about twenty copies, and I’m willing to bet every Walmart has plenty of copies as well. Not to mention Gamestop, and Best Buy also has copies of the game..

The game is everywhere in my part of the country. Literally dozens of copies across many different stores.
I bought mine last June . I knew it was re-print of some sort because although it’s has the European , PAL , box art , while I live in an NTSC region . I still think I was lucky because I haven’t seen any copies since . Then again , I did search for it after I got my copy . This just to show you when it comes to Nintendo , early birds really do get the worm ….

The average production span for a game is 3 years, this is nothing new.
Except Nintendo games usually go for the entire console lifespan. O.H, well, I’m glad that I got the game anyway…
And I just bought the original bioshock at Amazon a few hours ago. Funny.

But that will never happen. The game has sold almost four million copies, I seriously doubt there will be any backlash at all.

Well, I already own it, so I really don’t care. Anyone who wanted the game had more than enough time to get it.
I bought Ocarina Of Time 3D when it first came out and got the free CD Soundtrack for registering it. Never played it since I bought it.
Bah! I downloaded it, but only to prevent my[idiot]self from selling it later down the line.
