yeah I was checking gamestops site and saw the bundle up for pre-order. A few min later MNN had this article, a piss later and it was gone that fast :L

I wonder how many scalpers are successful on a daily basis… Must be a good amount if they keep doing it…
If there are people desperate enough, and STUPID enough to pay outrageous prices to the scalpers, can you really blame them for scalping? Unfortunately they’re very successful judging from ebay alone; there are countless New 3DS XL MM listings on the site and people are actually bidding for the thing for around $350 and up.
That being said it may be a good investment to scalp particularly for this 3DS. Would I personally do it? Even with an ounce left of dignity I’d gladly say no any day. Ethics I suppose, as cheesy as that sounds.
I really hope the people buying this want to play Monster Hunter.
I Always check my email and found its availability but sad im from Philippines. I ask all my friends and mate from states now and then but when someone whants to help me its over. out of stock again. I really want one i really do. but time and help is all i need.
