It was bound to happen sooner or later and now it is official, Japan is getting a Splatoon themed water pistol. The water pistol will be available just in time for the hot summer and will cost 2,700 yen which is roughly $24. It’s an official product and comes out July 18th.

Technically speaking there’s already been a Splatoon water gun. Target had one as a preorder bonus, it was small, but it was a Splatoon water gun :P

Shouldn’t the title be “Japan gets a Splatoon-themed water gun” because the way it is now looks like Japanese Splatoon owners get a weapon in the game that actually shoots water
lol that’s what i thought at first too, and then i imagined the horrible slaughtering of thousands of inklings crumbling beneath the almighty water that is essentially their own personal kryptonite
