Take-Two Interactive looking to purchase Codemasters for £720 million

Rockstar Games publisher Take-Two Interactive is looking to acquire talented UK racing game studio Codemasters for £739m ($973m). The Financial Times is reporting that Take-Two is currently conducting due diligence on the company. Codemasters have created titles such as the Dirt rally franchise and has the F1 license. Their current console games are Dirt 5 and F1 2020. The company was also behind the Grid Autosport series.
