As I reported yesterday UK television presenter Jonathan Ross recently got the chance to play a pre-production 3DS ahead of hosting the Nintendo 3DS press conference on Wednesday.
Whilst bragging about this opportunity on Twitter Jonathan Ross also answered a Tweet from a follower who remarked that he’s “keeping his fingers crossed for Metroid” Ross replied with “I think you’re going to be pleased then…”.
Im hoping this becomes true!
yay first?
That’s made my day if it’s true!
Could Metroid Dread live on the 3DS? Oh please let it be.
Hope it’s a 1st shooter like Metroid Prime. Epic 3DS game, if it is.

I want if it’s like other m.
If it’s a shooter is good but not enough…
YESSS! Metroid 5!? I’m hoping it’s 1st person like the Prime games or so you can switch between 1st and 3rd like Other M but walk around in 1st! That would be a great way to show off the 3DS’ capabilities.
Nice idea there. I nearly had that in mind.
I’d be happy with either Prime, first person style, or Other M’s 3rd person, but personally, I found Hunters to be a little clumsy. I’d actually prefer this Metroid to be like Other M. I think it would also show off the 3D very well if it were 3rd person. But that’s just my opinion.
Perhaps a 3rd-person shooter with plattforming 2d.
That’s a sweet pic!
