Nintendo 3DS: Nintendo 3DS Developers Having Problems Exploiting The Machines Capabilities

Nintendo 3DS software developers have disclosed to the Wall Street Journal that they still haven’t decided how best to exploit the capabilities of the Nintendo 3DS.

“The next step may be to forget about the way we’ve been designing games and think of a completely new approach only possible with 3-D games. “If making games is like cooking, we haven’t figured out if 3-D is a spice, or maybe a main ingredient.”

  1. Yes. This is what I’ve said all along. 3D can be a “game changer” it can also just be a “spice”. It´s up to the next Miyamoto to crack the riddle.

  2. if the devolopers still don’t know how work with this system, that means only one thing…when they take their imagination to the limit, we can enjoy a significan number of games with a great quality, something that cause a revolution on the industry…we have to be patients

  3. All of the features on the 3DS are optional and are there to be used if need be. Just like the Wii, just like the DS.

If you ask me, using all of these features all the time often results in uncanny controls and/or gameplay.
