The guys and girls over at Gameinformer have spent six whole hours playing new and never seen before locations in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. They will be posting their impressions of the game in a 10-page exclusive hands-on with Skyward Sword. The issue also includes 24 pages of Zelda’s past and future. Except game informer. They pretty much said the game was shit and should never had been made.
I know I’m ranting about GI for a ps3 game on a nintendo page. But I hate them. :-/
They’ve always struck me as a “its-cool-to-be-different” sort of magazine. So many games that receive unanimous praise are docked a few extra points for the sake of GI looking different.
In all seriousness, they are the least biased and most fair reviewers that I’ve ever come across, not to mention all-around cool people. Specifically regarding your problem with their Resistance review, they made solid points as to why it was scored the way it was. But if you’re a resistance fan, they know you’re still going to get it and enjoy it. But they aren’t reviewing from the perspective of fans, they are reviewing it objectively, which is the right thing to do.

Slick, stylish, stunning, Something unique you want to hang on the wall. This is what a modern Game Informer cover is all about. They’ve been in a bit of a lull, even though the Borderlands 2 cover last month was good, but this is exactly the cover Skyward Sword deserves. I can’t wait for it to show up.
This is the only thing that keeps me buying nintendo systems. Sigh I guess karma got them for what they did to my husband! C*nts.
