Nintendo Wii: The Legend Of Zelda Skyward Sword Treasure Hunter Video

Game Informer has posted another fantastic The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword video. This time the trailer focuses on the islands dotting Skyloft were Link goes to search for treasure, and it also gives a detailed look at the map you’ll be using. The game is due out November 18th in Europe and November 20th in North America. Who’s excited?

  1. I have… to stop… watching everything… that comes out regarding the Skyward Sword…
If it keeps up like this, I won’t have as many surprises throughout the game. >.<

    1. Not to be rude but I hardly think Link opening a Treasure chest will spoil anything.

Specially if we don’t see the contents inside.

    2. Yeah, last time watch too many videos of TP make my hopes goes up too high but when I finally play the game I don’t feel anything even the games is good overall.

    1. And if you want to play something different, play Skyward Sword.

Honestly, saying something like that based off visual style alone (which is obviously different anyways) is pretty ignorant. You can watch any of the trailers and read about any of the released information and you should (hopefully, unless you’re actually blind) be able to see that it’s not like Wind Waker at all.

    2. I don’t get why people don’t like Wind Waker, it’s a good game. I can only get why people don’t like the DS versions of all Zelda games.
The visual style, gameplay, and pretty much everything else is something different. Have you been following this game at all?

      1. I like all the Zelda games except Zelda II (Difficult to be no damage). They are all unique & special in their own ways. But if you talk about preference, I like toon Link more plus WW, PH, SP. So lets just say everyone got different taste and me more concentrate on the adventures than the visual looks. So no worries? :)

  2. Wind waker, I loved exploring the ocean even though it was long as shit. That’s awesome to see a wind waker styled sky realm with a world below too.

  3. Just going to have a quick nerd moment here: It looks like there is actually bump mapping or at least specular mapping on the treasure chest. Well done Nintendo for actually getting the best out of the Wii hardware, few people use the machine to its max potential :)
