Nintendo UK has announced that Kirby’s Adventure which was originally released for the NES will receive the 3D Classics treatment on the Nintendo 3DS. The game will be available on the 17th November 2011 for €6.
3D Classics Kirby’s Adventure: one of the NES’ greatest treasures returns as part of the 3D Classics series. Be there when Dream Land awakes for the first time in stunning 3D. Available 17th November 2011 for €6.
And 3D Kid Icarus! No wonder these two games weren’t in the ambassador program, they’re being made in 3D… let’s hope this will be given out for free via Club Nintendo as well.

Wow, totally 100% did not expect Kirby or Kid Icarus as 3D Classics! I don’t think I could have asked for any other NES games. And so soon! I’m a really happy bunny now. Just hope they don’t stick a border around the edges like they did with Twin Bee – They did a great job with Excite Bike and Urban Champion, even Xevious disguised the lower resolution quite well.
