Nintendo UK has announced that Tecmo Koei will be releasing a demo for the impressive Dead or Alive: Dimensions on the Nintendo 3DS eShop on Thursday. 1. Nintendo of America has just this minute issued a press release but there’s no Dead or Alive demo mentioned. Will publish in a minute.

  1. Personally I would have preferred a demo for Tekken just because it just came out and I want to see how well it controls on the 3DS. DoA is ok, but the game has it’s issues and it’s old, that and I already own the game.

    1. I own virtually all of the “Dead or Alive” series games to date (except for those on the Microsoft XBox 360, a console of which I adamantly refuse to buy due to its ridiculously-high fault rates) and whilst I prefer the “Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball”, “Dead or Alive Xtreme 2” and “Dead or Alive Paradise” games (particularly the latter – if you haven’t played it, you don’t know what you’re missing out on!), this is actually really, really good…

I’m not a big fan of fighting games in general (with the exception of the Mortal Kombat and Darkstalkers/Vampire series), but Dead or Alive Dimensions is a fantastic game that plays well, has brilliant graphics and is enough to get even a non-fighter fan hooked!

  2. come on sickr stop doing that i get all happy then when i check the post it says UK d that ALWAYS pisses me off. there were previous complaints about this earlier on where i was on your side but now i can see why they where like that.

    1. Sickr is in the UK. He should say if its for europe or what because he thinks only people from England visit this site.

You know americans and Australians also visit Sickr.

And yesh the DOAD demo is late, i played the full version and completed the main mode 1 day after launch on May. BECAUSE I BOUGHT IT!

I’m happy the MGS Demo was released before launch :)

      1. I’m an Aussie game enthusiast and it sucks that UK/EU doesn’t always mean AU. It’s such a random market here in Australia and EU releases don’t always mean YAY for oz. We might be a small market in the larger scheme of things but we want games too DAMNIT!!! dammit..nit..mitnit..!!!

  5. Nice, both the picture and the demo. I already have the game, but it’s nice for anyone thinking of getting it.

Dead or Alive Dimensions is easily the game I play the most… Even ahead or Mario Kart 7!

    1. Lol I was waiting for someone to mention that. So all the US gets is a dance game or whatever it is. And Europe get a DOA demo? Well F*** that’s just stupid.

  7. For a second I thought this meant there’d be a Kid Icarus demo Thursday.

…*shrug* Oh well, OMaM’s good too.
