Nintendo Is Moving Its NYC Offices To Redmond, Washington

toad_nintendo

Nintendo has announced that it plans to close its Park Avenue offices, with some of the employees moving to a smaller location. The Direct Consumer Communications team is moving to the Redmond headquarters to merge with the Network Business Department. Nintendo of America says that this will enable them to provide better digital offerings and services for consumers. The other Nintendo staff unrelated to the Direct Consumer Communications team will continue to remain in New York in a new office location close to the Nintendo World Store. Nintendo also say that the Club Nintendo operations will be moved to Redmond.

“Nintendo is keeping a facility and operations in New York. The Direct Consumer Communications (DCC) team is moving to Redmond headquarters to merge with our Network Business Department (NBD) to provide better digital offerings and services for consumers. Other Nintendo staff unrelated to DCC will remain in New York in a new office location close to the Nintendo World Store.”

      1. Nah, push it in a little further–his brain is in the same general vicinity. With that out of the way he’ll be…oh wait…someone got there first…

  2. It’s time to reorganize our Empire and increase our forces in the online spectrum…

We’ll run over the White House one day aswell and show the US what it means to be one of a kind than a mindless mainstream Xbot!

    1. I will never join , because you are named after the worst , most shittiest UK urban music outfit of all time – N dubz

  3. Nintendo are reaffirming their poise for online. Everything is all gravy from here onwards. A Wii U car game in the works watch this space; am not even talking about project cars.

  4. I’ve actually been to redmond to see their headquarters. Ironically they are right across the street from xbox headquarters

  6. There are some interesting points in time in this article but I dont know if I see all of them center to heart. There is some validity but I will take hold opinion until I look into it further. Good article , thanks and we want more! Added to FeedBurner as well
