This week’s UK charts serve up a poor meal for all Nintendo platforms this week as they are pushed out of the top 10 entirely. Rayman Legends on the Wii U slips from number 14 to 20 in the individual charts, with the Xbox 360 version holding firm at number 18, two places above last week’s best-selling version.
For the Nintendo 3DS, Animal Crossing: New Leaf is still looking peachy at number 16 in the all-formats and number 13 in the individual, while Luigi’s Mansion 2 continues to scare off the competition at 34. The Wii’s Disney Infinity version is still selling well though, placing in the individual at 14. You can take a look at the top 10 all-format chart below, or in full, here. I think that no one on wiiu boycotted the game. It has more to do that more games are out and some prefered those instead.

That’s because dumbass Ubisoft made two big mistakes with Rayman: 1. Underestimating Wii U version’s possibly good potential and delaying it for no fucking reason. 2. Releasing the game at a ridiculous bad timing when Splinter Cell Blacklist already came bare two weeks before Rayman and then you have GTA5, which is the biggest game of the year, launching right around the corner. And lets not forget Wii U is getting a bundled Wind Waker, Sonic Lost World for next month, Mario the next month and finally Donkey Kong in December.
Yeah. Ubisoft just made another pointless dick move on screwing Wii U and themselves over Rayman. Now that hope of acquiring more sales for Legends is gonna get overshadowed by other big games very shortly and then here comes Ubisoft bitching that Wii U version still didnt sale.
I have a feeling all of this is all intentional to make the console look like shit. In fact, everything negative put out there about Wii U is meant to put a bad taste in Nintendo’s mouths when they haven’t done shit to gamers and companies to piss em off. Its all above the selfishness of raw console power and graphics. That’s it.
Of course it is. Why else would the media and all the so-called professional analysts not mention the bad condition the Playstaion division is currently in.
Its because they delayed the game out of BS skepticism of Wii U and releasing the game at a very bad time between Splinter Cell and GTA5 which, that alone, will kill Rayman on other platforms and prove how fucking stupid Ubisoft was for doubting Wii U’s version which will still sell more than others regardless.
They are afraid to lose the Microsoft Realm as customers and so obeys their laws…
