Here’s The Amusing Announcement Trailer For LEGO: The Hobbit

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has published the first trailer for its next Middle-earth adventure.  Announced last month, LEGO: The Hobbit will feature gameplay from the first two films; An Unexpected Journey and The Desolation of Smaug.

In the trailer above, players will note the telltale humour of TT Games, which is incredibly fitting for The Hobbit. Amusing scenes from the first film have been exaggerated where you’ll see many troll, dwarf, goblin and pig pile-ups. TT Games has even worked in a giraffe for good measure, though we’re pretty sure no animals were harmed in the making of the trailer. LEGO: The Hobbit will launch for various platforms including Wii U and 3DS in Spring 2014.

  2. Why don’t they just wait till all 3 Hobbit movies have come out so they can release a more complete game? This move doesn’t make much sense to me.
