    1. I love the last one. I WILL NOW OFFICALLY SEND NEWS TO THEM! this is my 2nd news I sent to them that they posted :D . opther one was Yoshi.

    1. :o
yah…i would have like a metriod than this game but saying for it not to be revived is a little dramatic maybe some other dev should have made DKC while retro made Metroid

        1. It won’t be a crappy DKC game, the first one sold a lot and got rave reviews, so this one will probably too, maybe not so much as it is on the Wii U, but it will have great reviews! I guess you troll here to entertain yourself. Sad!

  1. That was actually a bit disappointing. Except for the part around 7:30 it doesn’t live up to the jazzy awesomeness of the old games at all, despite having the same composer. It’s got too much two tone. This isn’t Mario.

  2. I HOPE RETRO MAKES SEVERAL DONKEY KONG GAMES JUST SO YOU MOTHER FUCKERS SUFFER AND CRY LIKE LITTLE BABIES!!!!!!! DK IS FOR THE HARDCORE, METROID IS FOR CASUALS ( unless we are talking about the old school games).

    1. well no they are making Metroid by now. in novemeber they said they want to do Metroid next and Nintendo wants them to do it.

they have been planning at least for the past month and a half. maybe even started making it.

  3. David, I am sorry but you are in denial. They never said that. It would be cool if they did a Metroid though. (get me proof)

  4. They also said they would possibly make a 3d Donkey Kong game and they would put more animal buddies in the next one so i guess that confirms the will make another Donkey Kong game. LET RETRO DO WHATEVER THE FUCK THEY WANT, YOU SPOILED CHILDISH FANBOYS

  5. DKC always has great music. this is no different. I am done looking at things about this game though. i don’t need to feel like i’ve already played it before it even comes out.

  6. @Pinwheel I am sad you think this game looks mediocre. DK has always been known to be very challenging and have amazing level design. Each level feels alive and it brings alot to the table. I guess with your level of platforming skills it doesn’t surprise me you have a certain agenda against DKCTF.

  7. Dang…amazing soundtrack. You can hear parts that are reminiscent of his past work. Now if only they could make a proper sequel to Diddy Kong Racing, I’d be a happy, happy gamer…

  8. Stunning. Short of reuniting the old Rare team, David Wise is just about the best gift Nintendo can give us oldies! Took me straight back to the old days! :D

  10. Not bad, this proves that David Wise hasn’t lost his touch, the 1st track was okay though, the 2nd and 4th track were really good, fit the level quite well, but i can’t help but get a weird diddy kong racing vibe in the 4th track(and i mean the ds remake) I didn’t need to listen to the 3rd track I’ve heard that one enough, the 5th track is great but it doesn’t quite fit the level that much, I mean you can take the 5th track and use as theme for any dungeon or dark castle level. but other wise pretty good overall. It pains me to say this but he can do so much better than Donkey Kong, again I’m not being a hater I just think that retro studios version is not that great.
