Nintendo of America has uploaded a brand new trailer for Yoshi’s New Island which is exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS. The video showcases many of Yoshi’s unique abilities in the game as well as the sumptuous in-game visuals. Yoshi’s New Island launches in North America and Europe on March 14th.

that’s probably music from the first level. others will be much different.
I enjoyed the other 2 games, but I still don’t know if I want this one.
Come on Nintendo, putting NEW on the title, making the characters 3D and turning something really big will not pass as a selling point again.
I have the original for SNES. Hopefully this compares.

It looks ok I guess.
The first one is a masterpiece. The second one is a bit topo familiar but kept interesting because of the extra babies – something this third game doesn’t have…I might still get it at some point, but it’d have to have great reviews and even though it’ll be low on my priorities. Great for someone whose not played a Yoshi Island game before though.
I sincerely hope they make a 3D version of Yoshi’s Island on Wii U, or someday!
