Jade Raymond, the Canadian video game executive and the Managing Director of Ubisoft Toronto, has revealed that the company currently has five new games in development. Raymond wouldn’t specify what the titles were, but one of them has to be the next Assassin’s Creed. Two of the games are co-productions with other gaming studios, which sounds interesting.
No one left any the wiser as to what’s up at Ubisoft Toronto, only that there are five titles being developed there right now and that two of them are co-productions with other gaming studios. Continue your wild speculation, gamers.
“There are definitely a lot of plates spinning,” confirmed Raymond, best known for producing the wildly popular Assassin’s Creed series for Ubisoft’s Montreal office. “None of them have been announced.”

Not full support. They ported Rayman Legends to other consoles, and delayed the practically finished game.
Watchdogs, as you said, got delayed only for Wii U, but also some of their employees say that it’s the closer to the PS3 and Xbox 360 version than the “high-gen” consoles.
They said in an investor meeting that they would be scaling back from support on Wii U.
Many of their other games (E.G: The Crew) aren’t coming to Wii U.
And it sucks because Ubisoft is the best Third Party developer that the Wii U has. And yes, you’re right, it’s the other companies that should be blamed for bad third party support, but Ubisoft still frustrates me with their “on and off again” relationship with Nintendo.

Genius, they delayed Rayman before Wii U even launched and at the time it did, it sold 3 million in less than a few months which is rather good for a system launch and did better than both PS3/360 in their launch times.
Because of them delaying the game, it cost Wii U its potential ly more retail sales and reputation. Ubisoft did one hell of a dick move that turned out to be 2 huge mistakes: Underestimating Wii U’s beginning performance and launching Rayman for two target systems at a terrible time near GTA5, ironically everyone at PS3/360 were saving for and Wii U version still sold the most which Ubisoft refuse to believe would happen.

There are many factors that contributed lack of Wii U hardware/software sales and blaming the Wii U and its install base alone is completely invalid in so many ways. You forget to add the media exaggerating shit that they don’t like nor even tried (Gamespot), you forgot companies like EA talking unprofessional shit after a deal went south or Ubisoft making one..actually two really dumbass decisions of delaying Rayman out of hypocrisy and underestimate of Wii U’s launch performance for other systems and then deliberately miss that target by releasing the game almost at the same time as GTA5 which ironically their target systems were saving for. How about the competition brainwashing the consumers to buy PS4/One only thinking of the specs (which still sucks compare to high end PC back several years ago) and not the games.
Its all of these combined that’s driving others away from Wii U and pretty much everyone is thinking of gaming the wrong way and why some feel like the market is at such disarray ATM and dying once again.
