Also new this week:

  1. Wait wait wait, hold up . . .

“The sinister Dr. Wily has taken control of an offshore oil rig to drill to the center of the Earth. By reaching the molten core, he will be able to collect energy in order to power his latest invention.”

. . . How? His equipment would’ve melted before he even breached the crust. I know it’s a video game, but . . . that’s just so silly, even for Megaman. o.o

      1. People have already tried drilling to the mantle. Open a science book.

      2. “Tried” being the key word here, bub! The theory of what is in the center of the earth is passed off as fact and you go right ahead and gobble it up. Until someone makes it there or at least close to there I will retain my point of view. The majority of science is hypothetical and said as fact. When anyone opposes a scientific finding they are dismissed, quickly, if any of the scientific theories get proven wrong what does that mean for text books and indoctrination? No, no, silence anyone speaking against what we have established as truth. My rant is over.

      3. And they have failed… Forgot to mention that, but they are trying again. Good luck getting past the “Moho”.

      4. Just wow guy above me, the earth has a geothermal gradient meaning that it would melt the drill equipment easily, also the pressure would break the equipment if you were to drill into the mantle and probably have devastating effects, oil rig technology definitely couldn’t drill to the mantle successfully considering oil itself would have denatured long before those temperatures so there would be no need for that technology on an oil rig. I bet you’re a religious fanatic who refuses to believe any science and I feel at the age of 32 you should have better suggestions that being said you could just be being sarcastic in that case well…poop EITHER way the question is why would an oil rig have the capability to drill that far given it would just be a huge waste of money and resources..

      5. The answer would be that the oil rig would not be able to drill like that. At least not an oil rig from the time at which the game in question was made. So, I have to be a religious fanatic to disbelieve something that science says is fact without physical evidence? I thought that the majority of science is based in factual proof? But it is fun to present different views and see how irate some people get by these opposing views. I started out in jest to goten1986 and just kept on going. I really do think that science is an ever changing study and the heads of major scientific communities do silence opposing views of established scientific rules… If it ain’t broke, how did you find out that it doesn’t work the way we theorized for years and years?!

      6. It is based on physical proof, since the drill exists, there is only maths and physics required to prove it…

      7. I’m not saying it’s not possible with future technology, and I know it’s a game and whatnot but as someone who studies geology I find your response so retarded, the main point is that you said it was plausible when an oil rig is in question it’s (don’t quote me on this) I think 6371km to the centre of the earth you’d need a pretty big pipe to be manufactured for that, but whatever just please go back to school, im sure you think the moon is made out of cheese, maybe it is deep down but it’s really unlikely

      8. Really? Reverting to name-calling? I would at least have thought you would have used some play on your study of geology to insult me, saying that my views are similar to Pyrite or the fantastical adamantium. But no, you leaned on “retarded” come on man, you’re better than that.

      9. Religion is not the problem, close mindedness is the problem. So why insult someone’s belief. I think in order to have faith you have to be moreopen minded. Please don’t be rude. With that being said science had been proven wrong many times. Not saying this is wrong, just saying shit gets proven wrong everyday. Established beliefs i mean

  2. I’m getting Mega Man 2 and Wario Land for sure! Both are excellent games and I’ll be more than happy to add them to my backlog of Virtual Console games

    1. Well, that might be a little harsh. I’ve enjoyed playing older games, but it feels WiiU gets too much of the same type game.
I guess I’ll take a look at the RPG

      1. There is no need to even give any argument on a eShop old game…

That doesn’t define the Wii U in any way whatsoever…

  3. Wario Land 4? Sweetness. :) I use to love playing that game a lot when I got my 1st gen GBA for my 12th birthday.

  4. And your defining the Wii U with your comments Nintendo Commander Quadraxis “yet” you dont even own a Wii U. Hows that working for you bud lol what a fucking joke…

    1. That doesn’t even hold merit at all…

      Go back to logic school…

    2. That’s like saying I shouldn’t define the Wii U because I have Valve in my name. The only joke here is you, and let me tell you…
Its not funny, in fact, its boring.

  5. Aw yeah, Denpa Men. I enjoyed the second one very much so it’s no question that I’ll be getting this one too.

  6. Too bad there isn’t more Bomberman games on there.
    I need more Bomberman! (•ω•᷅、)
