Nintendo has confirmed that it will be returning to the Hyper Japan festival in London this year. The gaming giant will attend the Japanese culture show – which celebrates music, food, fashion and technology, as well as hosting other activities – from July 25 to 27 in Earls Court, London. Nintendo’s latest Wii U and 3DS games will be on show and playable at the event, though the company has yet to confirm exactly which ones fans will be able to check out.
The Nintendo UK Online Store will also make an appearance at the event, so for those who’d like to get their hands on some exclusive merchandise, make sure to head to their pop-up store. Plus, Nintendo UK says it will participate on the main stage to keep fans entertained during the event. Tickets can be purchased at Hyper Japan’s website, here. Nintendo UK’s marketing and PR director Shelly Pearce said the following in support:
“As a Japanese company Nintendo is really happy to be returning to the HYPER JAPAN expo in Earls Court. We really enjoy celebrating our Japanese heritage with our fans and the line-up of Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games available at the show promises to have something for every attendee to enjoy.”

If there’s Smash Bros, I’ll go just for that.

Ahhh ok, so the hyper japan event is going to have a blast once again? This might help the wii u out in the long shot to help Mario Kart 8 boost even more sales.
