A recent listing by GameStop reveals that The Legend of Zelda Monopoly set will be coming to the United States on September 15th for $39.99. The description says, The Legend of Zelda Monopoly takes players on a trip through time as they travel through the land of Hyrule and beyond. Memorable locations include Link’s House, Temple of Time and the Lon Lon Ranch and are all up for grabs in this special collector’s edition of one of the most revered video games of all time. I get SO sick of these Monopoly games always being $40.00.
There’s been SO MANY that I wanted to buy, but couldn’t because of the prices. So all I have is maybe 7 or 8 of them. I don’t care much for the ones that come in these square-shaped boxes. I prefer the traditional boxes.

Nope it is not. The price is the same though, and the GameStop edition comes with bonus stuff for the same price so it’s actually a good think that they have their own edition.
It is not good for them to do preorder bonuses on board games it is ridiculous.

I kinda wish instead of regular Monopoly bills they go all out and make plastic rupees instead. Would still work the same and would have a more “Zelda-y” theme, though organization would be worse. I don’t know, still cool Monopoly set.
