You’ll never guess who just got banned~ Lolololol. I guess somebody else will have to feed the trolls from now on.

        1. I might as well be banned this website has no more freedom.

          1. Nintendo Sub-Lieutenant

I doubt you’ll be banned. You’re a classy troll who is loved by the community. The guy I’m taking about was that new guy… I forget his name. Something about “New Tags” The guy who claims to better than us but doesn’t have better things to do than claim to have a girlfriend and call us losers.
At the very least, you’re on topic most of the time. That guy… had some serious social issues. And is clearly not “getting” any from the ladies. Otherwise he’s be too busy to troll.

            1. Nintendo is my Blood Reborn

He must have had to say something really bad to get himself banned in such a short time, sasori was here for months with alot of shit to say but he still isn’t banned.

I tracked him and that got me banned.

what did this NEW TAG do that was so bad?

    1. what has me scratching my head is why the ps4 sales are so low, I mean the wii u is low too, but the ps4 is just dropping even with games coming out for it.

  1. *facepalm* Oh my god! Fucking Japan! You’re freaking killing us here! Ugh… Maybe we should start considering Japan as irrelevant to the bigger picture… Least as far as home consoles are concerned.

  2. While Mario Kart 8 sells over 600,000 copies in Japan, this game sells over 1,000,000 in the United States of America!

    1. Oooh! I like this game! Here, l can do it too:

What is PS4’s total worldwide as compared to the Wii U? Hint: A lot more.

      Woo. That was fun.

          1. No, he was being an ass.

It will be pretty bad for the industry, if Japanese dev’s do not start developing games, that sell consoles.
Would you want to live in a world with just “western” games?

            1. Someone had to defend the PS4. He was pretty sarcastic about it, but the PS4 is downplayed a whole lot. I’m glad that the PS4 is beating the Wii U, but I still want both of them to sell well.

I want all games as long as they are family friendly like Mario, Ratchet and Clank, or Flappy Bird.

              1. “Someone had to defend”….
                That deserves a huge facepalm.

It is very sad how its doing in Japan, but it only shows, like Sony themselves realize, that it’s selling without merits.

I’m glad PS4 is doing better than xbone, since Sony leaving the industry could be as fatal.

                  1. Sony themselves said, they do not know why PS4 is selling.
Could be protest against M$, could be brainless fanboys flocking the popular console, I do not really care.

Can you claim to be free of bias here?

                    1. The PS4 is selling well because it’s a very powerful console that has a lot of great titles already out and coming out. Considering that it’s still in its first year, the selection is much better than the competitors when they came out. (Meaning that it’s still ahead of the Xbox)

Of course, I’m bias for all three of the companies, but to say that a console is selling without merit…that’s pretty bias. There are plenty of good reasons to get any of the big three consoles.

                    1. I don’t think our tech is advanced enough for pure cloud gaming at this point. I think Sony wouldn’t implement this for quite a while. Especially since they keep getting hacked…

                      1. Nintendo Commander Quadraxis

You’d be surprised how fast technology evolves officially, not to mention even faster in secret…

                      2. Sony has already stated that they “don’t want to use the term PS5”, meaning that they may not ever have to… if they can help it. These comments were made while they were espousing the future of the cloud. They are majorly conflicted right now as to whether they’ll even make another console — the conflict, of course, coming from the fact that the PS4 is selling so well.

                    2. The reason why they said they don’t want to use the term PS5 YET is because it’s way too damn early, it hasn’t even been a year since the PS4 came out. What, do you expect them to leak informations already ?

                      1. That’s true. I agree that the PS5 will come out someday. It has too! Even if it’s just to keep up the legacy. The trophy system will likely be even more advanced at that point

                  1. Glad I’m old enough to give up gaming, and look for other hobbies.
Like hunting fellow man for sport.

I could also gather every pre cloud gaming game, and retreat to mountains.

                    1. Nintendo Commander Quadraxis

Gaming is a hobby just like everything else and has no age restriction…

And one can have several hobbies at once like I do…

                      1. Didn’t really mean it like that.
Just that I would not cry over it.
And cloud gaming is what will kill gaming for me, that’s non-negotiable

                      2. If you have kids gaming would be a great hobby. Just saying, never to old to play with your kids, that;s if they aren’t retarded and play shitty games like cod and play on tablets. Which you fucking fail in creating magic for them for gaming at a young age.

                1. I was pointing out the stupidity of the first comment regarding the bullshit spin that was trying to be placed on the Wii U to make it look bette and merely putting things into context.
And it’s silly to assume that just because consoles don’t sell well in Japan that they’ll stop making games there, as the rest of the world still buys non-Western games. As long as the product still sells, regardless of where it sells, the company will still make it.

        1. Give other nations a chance to see how it will perform. I kinda expected this type of performance that it’ll be a temporary spike and then back down to its usual sales rate. But if it were that Pokken game, Star Fox (if good), Smash Bros. and the real Zelda Wii U coming, oh believe me, those games will change everything for Wii U. Wii U needs more heavy hitters, that’s all.

          1. I don’t know, this looked like a game perfectly suited for the Japanese market, so I personally expected it to perform a lot better. That’s why I think the chances of it doing better in the west can’t be too high. But yea, we’ll see about it once it’s out.
Also, people said the same things about Windwaker HD, Pikmin, Mario 3D World and, most importantly, Mario Kart. They were all going to change everything. But what happened ? All of those games ended up failing to meet expectations, moving underwhelming numbers of hardware, and now people just moved on to say the exact same thing about the next upcoming games.
Nintendo seriously needs to get their shit together, tbh. Things need to happen, and they need to happen fast.

            1. Mario Kart 8 as a global hit, did make a difference for Wii U compare to Pikmin and such. Give it more time. Smash Bros. will indefinitely drive the hype up long enough for Zelda to take its place and things will really improve. I know Wii U won’t beat PS4 and probably never will but its stance is a lot better than most idiots though.

              1. Indeed it is. It shall be a second to the PS4, and might even take first place with a string of well timed game releases. If Nintendo has games backing Smash bros. in succession of little to no time, the WiiU shall flourish.

                1. It all depends on the time release of softwares and how good the software is. Plus Gamepad really needs special utilization so people won’t see it as a useless gimmick just like Kinect which is more useless and forced.

              2. Yea, compared to all the other games, MK8 did good, but it still didn’t do as well as people thought it would. The freshly announced DLC is definitely going to boost sales again though.
And I’m not so sure about SSB because the 3DS version is going to hurt the WiiU version’s sales. Sure, there are differences between the games, but are they significant enough for people ? If they at least released at the same time, things would have been different, but yea, Nintendo is doing unreasonable things. It certainly is going to move hardware though, no doubt, but it would have been MUCH different if the 3DS version wouldn’t come out earlier, let alone if it didn’t even exist.

                1. The MK8 DLC will continue driving the hype up. Like what Nintendo said for UK, its marketing is gonna last a year or maybe longer.

Stop worrying about the 3DS Smash Bros. destroying Wii U version. 3DS isn’t gonna be as massive as Wii U and that’s a fact. Sure Smash Bros. on 3DS will be awesome but to an extent. Wii U is more to support and have much more content and GameCube’s revival. Yes the 3DS will sell more but that doesn’t mean the hype is entirely focused on 3DS alone. That’s crazy talk. I’ve seen the Smash Fest hype myself. Its freaking huge and I’m talking about 10x larger than Brawl was. Trust me, Wii U isn’t gonna be cannibalized and will have its fair share of the hype. If both versions have exclusive contents and features to unlock by connecting with each other, that’ll benefit them equally and we won’t have to worry about one being better than the other.

        2. To a certain degree, yes. But while Dynasty Warrior games sell much better in Japan than in North America, the opposite is true for the Zelda games, so it’ll be interesting to see how that affects sales once it’s released here. Personally I think that it has a good chance to do better in the U.S. because it’s being marketed (naturally) more as a Zelda game than a DW game.

          1. That’s true. I honestly expected it to do much better than this though, the sales died off quite fast imo, especially for a DW game.
And the fact that it’s not a classic Zelda game like we know it is probably going to hurt the sales in the west, I feel like a lot of people think it’s going to be a different kind of game than it actually is, so there are going to be some disappointed people too.
But either way, I personally don’t expect it to sell too well, really, but we’ll see. d:

      1. Shame hyrule warriors didnt do nothing for wii u and all the Nintendo fangirls where going on about how it will boost wii u sales, and its ironic, because Warriors series are HUGE in japan, and this game is a flop.

          1. Either gaming is dead in japan, or hyrule warriors is extremely underwhelming. Either way, I’m still getting it day 1.

      2. Shame hyrule warriors didnt do nothing for wii u and all the Nintendo fangirls where going on about how it will boost wii u sales, and its ironic, because Warriors series are HUGE in japan, and this game is a flop.
        .

      3. It raised the sales of the WiiU to 18 000 consoles sold in three days in Japan. Look at the other home consoles there lol.

      4. Those second week numbers are pretty rough. That massive wash of new titles (5) took a lot of air out of the reigning top ten. All the Nintendo titles were down: Mario Kart 8 dropped 16,000 units for a dip over 50%, Hyrule Warriors dropped 54,000 units for a massive 78% drop, even Yokai Watch 2 (the chart topper) dropped 41,000 units.

None of the new titles put up week 1 numbers that can match Hyrule Warriors, but they were enough to hurt Nintendo’s offerings. Let’s hope all three games see a rebound once the smoke has cleared.

      5. I completely forgot to mention that Yoshi’s Island also fell 17,000 units, for a more than 50% drop (similar to HW). Interesting to note that all five of the new games this week dropped on Sony’s Playstation consoles.

I guess it’s not that surprising that the Nintendo numbers dipped. Even if Hyrule Warriors doesn’t recover, I can’t imagine MK8, Yokai Watch 2, and Yoshi’s Island all dropping that far permanently when they’ve shown such strong resilience on the charts.

      6. One of the reasons Dynasty Warrior is big in Japan is becouse they use real life characters from Japans history books. Hyrule Warriors does not. Also remember that windwaker only sold 100,000 copies in Japan, and by the looks of it Hyrule warriors will pass that number next week, or the week after. I still think it could hit 1 million lifetime sales.

        1. Actually, that’s Samurai Warriors. Dynasty Warriors is using real life people from China’s history during their civil war era. On a slightly unrelated note, China & Japan’s civil wars put the United States Civil War to shame since ours only lasted a few years while China & Japan’s lasted at least 2-3 decades if I recall correctly.
