Super Smash Bros For 3DS Version 1.0.3 Patch Now Available

Nintendo has announced version 1.0.3 is now available to download for Super Smash Bros on the 3DS. The update features various stability adjustments in order to balance the game, along with enhancements that disables the conquest chart when Conquest Mode is active. Players must download the new update before being able to experience the online multiplayer mode, and will need an additional 762 blocks of space on a current SD Card.

Simply scanning the QR code on Nintendo’s official website, here, will allow players to begin the update immediately. The new patch will include all previous updates, including the Peach-banning glitch that surfaced last month.

    1. Dude, it’s dropping its price again which is the 2nd price drop this year and less than 5 months after it dropped $100. XD Bet the stupid Xbots must have felt cheated by now of buying a DVR that most likely haven’t sold past 5 million yet which could explain the second price slash. lol

          1. No worries, with the Black Friday and Christmas sales coming up…they should release a statement of 6 million shipped…and 5 million sold in time for the New Year! ;)

            1. XD 5 million in one year, not even Wii U did that terribly. And knowing Wii U has a lot more games coming next month, with Black Friday its gonna be huge especially since its a lot closer to Smash Bros. 4 release date.

              1. I’ll even be satisfied if we just add another million or 2 by the next big report. Slowly, but steadily we’re getting there. Plus, the more people that buy the system, the more that they’ll buy all of the big games that are on it so software sales will get bumped up as well.

    1. It certainly isn’t as good as any console version due to the controls, but I would say it’s as good as you can really get from a handheld fighting game. I’d rather play the 3DS than brawl some nights though, I find it plays better and tighter. But brawl has a gamecube controller option so it’s tough lol.

  2. I hate how modern games always needs updates, patches and has optional DLC. What if people didn’t have internet access (and many don’t)? They’d be forever stuck with an outdated game with lacking features and bugs that will never be fixed. I was once one of those people (and might be again some day).

I really despise how the internet is becoming more and more of a necessity to have. I always wish I could go back to the past, before the internet was even heard of.

        1. If you talk to your Facebook friends on a regular basis & have known them for years, I’d say that’s pretty damn real.

  4. Did you guys notice that self destruction is a mess ?
You can miss an attack like Luigi’s rocket or Little Mac’s Jolt and it gives point to the latest guy who touches you even if he was on the other side of the screen, you can also fall with the Kirby star or blown away with a wlaking bo-bomb and it isn’t count as a self destruction
