Nintendo of America has shared some dating advice with Jimmy Fallon, and it naturally involves one of its most popular series. In response to embarrassing memories from the first time Fallon met Australian actress Nicole Kidman, the firm informed The Tonight Show host that the best way to a girl’s heart is to ask her if she wants to play Super Mario Bros. Fallon even mentioned the game and Nintendo toward the end of his interview with Kidman.
If talking about Super Mario Bros. was the way to a girl’s heart, I’d be a total ladies man. Only in a perfect world.

Yeah its a joke. Nicole Kidman brought up a story from a long time ago where she asked a friend to introduce her to Jimmy Fallon cause she liked him. And Jimmy apparently had no idea she was interested in that way and didn’t try impressing her or anything and was wearing a ball cap and put on a video game. He jokingly quoted his former self saying “hey wanna play super mario brothers on my new nintendo”

Be yourself and just do a trial and error when it comes to topics. Keep shuffling around until you find a topic you two both like and go from there. I do the same thing when talking to a guy for the first time and eventually we find a conversation and talk for a while. One huge thing though, never complain around a girl its a huge turn off. But if you’re lucky and talking to a gamer you should be able to converse quite easily. And while you never want to have awkward silence most girls (unless they’re just real jerks) don’t mind if you’re nervous. :)

Like I told Gamerprince if you can’t be yourself in front of them why would you even want to be with her/him. Of course when it comes to first impressions choose one of your milder sides to show, but as you get to know the person show them more about who you are. A relationship where you wont step on your partners toes for being you is much better then being fake just to be with a pretty girl, :)
And while its sad to say appearance is another big factor. You cam have a great personality but be turned down because you aren’t hot enough. But at the same time you have to be attracted to the person you’re dating for things to work out.
Well, I would probably say that’s one problem I always run into. Whenever I actually find a gamer girl, she’s never attractive enough for my taste. So we usually just end up being friends. And whenever I run into a really pretty girl, I find out they they are totally uninterested in games. One day when I was in school, I was the only guy in one of my classes surrounded by a bunch of talking girls and I was bored. So I took out my 3DS and played and all of them looked at me strange like I just committed a crime or something. And I decided “Yup. My future girlfriend is definitely not in this room.” XD

Same happens to me when I’m in school accept I get both girls AND guys look at me weird. The girls I can understand but the guys really? If its not Madden Mobile, a Xbox, or PlayStation they don’t comprehend it. I’m hoping college is better.

Of course! And I say be yourself because if you can’t be yourself around someone then they can’t accept who you are. Yes there are sides of me that I dont show/tell a person right away and instead show them one of my better sides such as my personality, but still they need to (eventually) accept all the other sides of DeJtheGamer. If they don’t- oh well -there’s someone else that will. :)
