Wii U GameCube Adapter Available On GameStop Website

True to their word GameStop is advertising that they have now got hold of the scarce GameCube Adapters for the Wii U. If you want one you’d better be quick about it. You can either purchase it solo or as a bundle with a Wii U GameCube Controller. Which ever one you pick is up to you, but be warned that they aren’t expected to ship until May 1st, according to the website.

Thanks, Rubberyen

  1. Nintendo is continually dropping the ball. This hasn’t been in stock since November. That’s just stupid. It’s not like it’s some limited edition item, it’s a goddamn controller adapter. Nintendo posted record financial losses last year and yet they don’t make enough of the products that people actually want to buy. I wanted to buy a new 3DS last weekend but couldn’t because every goddamn store got like 2 (I’m not talking about the Zelda edition either, just the plain Jane solid color models). I’m a huge Nintendo fan, since about 1986 and it’s never been like this before. They touted Amiibos as the second coming of Christ and it’s impossible to find any other than Mario, Link, or Pikachu.

  2. It is so effing ridiculous that its February and these are still almost impossible to get. I finally gave up and just bought the Hori Fight pads. Its not quite the same, but its better than nothing.
