Capcom Explains Why Resident Evil Revelations 2 Is Skipping Wii U And Nintendo 3DS

Many of you were upset when you heard that Capcom were bringing out a sequel to the Nintendo 3DS title Resident Evil Revelations, but it was skipping both the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U this time around. Well, Capcom has clarified why this has happened and says that it’s mainly due to the MT Framework that the game is developed on. This isn’t the same as MT Framework Mobile for Nintendo 3DS. When asked about the Wii U version Capcom’s product manager Matt Walker sounded less assuring and said it was simply a hardware issue.

“[For the sequel], we ended up using MT Framework [not the same as MT Framework Mobile for 3DS]. This locked what platforms we could use: we can’t output MT Framework on the 3DS. And because we’re working on MT Framework, we ended up saying ‘ok, we’re moving to new-gen too’, so that kind of locked the platforms we’re putting our game on.”

When queried on the situation with the Wii U, Walker responded by saying it was still a hardware issue.

“Because we ended up expanding on the new-gen hardware, that then limited us to what we can do as far as hardware we can work on.”

Thanks, Michelle

      1. Not really, because they are a platform instead of a single transaction. They work across multiple games and they continue to be supported by upcoming games… not to mention the fact that they are cheap (they cost the normal price of a plastic figurine) and the features they unlock have been almost purely aesthetic and not required to enjoy the full game.

        1. A microtransaction is a business model that needs you to pay to unlock certain content in a game. You pay for amiibo and they unlock content in a game you otherwise would not be able to access. Therefore, it’s a microtransaction. That they’re cross-platform + work with more than just one game, or them being “cheap” doesn’t change that fact.
And yes, they actually are required to enjoy the *full* game. If you can’t access every single feature without having to pay an extra fee, it’s not the full game you are enjoying if you decide not to pay – you will be missing on features, no matter how insignificant they might be, which means, you won’t be enjoying the *full* game.

          1. Spot on!
            …. Aaand so?
Don’t buy amiibos then. Some people like them for their collection value.
Resident Evil 2 in particular has a microtransaction model I’m not fond of and that’s why I’m complaining here.

            1. Oh, that wasn’t a reply to you. It was directed towards the anonymous person, who claimed amiibo weren’t a type of microtransaction, and I explained to them why that is not correct.
Of course it’s up to everyone themselves what they would like to pay for or not. :)

          2. I just want to make a counter argument that micro-transation games have a ‘wall’ built into thr gameplay, so if you don’t pay, it’s hard to play.

Amiibo add some bits of content, but not mission critical content. The game can be played without the Amiibo. Like. You’re not saying, “Man, should I buy an amiibo so I can beat this level?” The amiibo offers some variety in the experience, butnis totally unnecessary.

So I wouldn’t quite put it in the “pay to play” category.

            1. I see what you mean, and what you’ve described definitely applies to some games, but microtransactions don’t necessarily have to be critical content. Things like alternate costumes or other cosmetic changes in-game you need to pay a fee for are microtransactions too, for example.

          3. Amiibos don’t unlock any features at all. All amiibos are, are just glorified character skins for the miis for the most part, and a form of memory card for the likes of “Super Smash Bros” which allow you to take the progress of a character you’ve leveled up, to your friends house.

By saying “features” that would imply extra tracks/game modes for Mario Kart, Extra arenas for Super Smash Bros or New mini games for Mario Party 10, I think you get the point. All I have heard/seen so far are just character skins and memory card function, which makes them a huge scam in my eyes.

            1. You say amiibo don’t unlock any features, but then you say they give you access to alternate costumes and the character training in SSB. Those things actually are features too. :)
And they kinda do unlock new “modes” in Mario Party 10, if I’m not mistaken. They give you access to “classic” boards, as in, boards without that car thing that was introduced in MP 9.
But yea, I’m not very interested in amiibo either. Most of them look nice and all, but none of the extra features they unlock in any of the games they’re compatible with are very attractive to me personally, so spending 15€ on a figure I’ll end up ignoring the main feature of would be a waste, I suppose.

      1. And if they were to make it for the Vita which is a lot worse like when Ubishit ported Rayman Legends to Vita instead of 3DS, then that further exposes their hypocrisy and lies about Nintendo. The main reason why Revelations on Wii U AND other consoles failed because 3DS already had the game earlier and became a hit. When ported over, it looked like a washed up port directly from 3DS blown up on a big screen. There was almost no reason to get the console version unless you never had a 3DS and/or the game and lastly, the game on 3DS costs $20 so why pay $50 for a lazy port on any home console that had almost nothing new?

          1. No. It can’t even sell its soul to be popular like the PSP anymore. lol And no it can’t handle PS4 games and even PS3 games on Vita get watered down so it’s not PS3-powerful either.

            1. I hacked my Vita to play PS3 and PS4 you idiot and go look on YouTube moron. And weak sells don’t Change what hardware can and can’t do.

              1. Says the same hypocrite fucktard who judges Wii U by sales and hardware just the same way.

And your key word to debunk the Vita is “Hacked” meaning it can’t do shit without hacking but just stand in the shelf waiting for that one yearly “exclusive” that’s decent at best. Seriously, all Vita is now is PS3/4’s Gamepad ripoff and a doorstop.

                  1. Tell me something: When you hack that Gamepad knockoff and attempt to play a PS4 game, does it lack? And I want the truth because I know damn well it doesn’t run smoothly, not even with PS3 games from PS3 instead of the watered down ports.

                      1. Obvious Wii U hater troll is obvious. Besides, not even PSNow can excuse Vita to be good again nor have the power to stream PS3 games with itself lagging or PSN crashing/hacked all the time.

                      2. Vita runs PS4 and PS3 games perfectly fine. You can shout out bs but in the end it makes you look like a idiot

                      3. It doesn’t run the games, it streams them. It’s the equivalent to the Wii U gamepad streaming a game, it doesn’t actually produce the graphics, it just receives the video. Vita hardware is definitely not capable of fully emulating a PS4/PS3.

                  2. “I hacked my vita to play PS3 and PS4”

-_- how much of an idiot are you? The PS Vita can barely run PS3 games, do you really think Gearbox limited the onscreen enemies and got rid of ragdoll on Borderlands 2 because they wanted to?? Do yo really think that Climax Studio reduced the framerate of Dead Nation on the Vita just because they wanted to? or got rid of the particle effect on Resogun for the vita and left it a pixelated shit because they wanted to?

the answer to all of them, is no. The Vita is a capable machine and yes its stronger than the 3DS by alot but its not as strong or anywhere as strong as the PS3 and no way in hell even close to the PS4 in power. It cant run PS3 games without them being optimized and even then unless they are indies or optimized like a motherfucker they wont run. It can stream PS4 and PS3 games of course, but anything can do that. hell the 3DS is getting a Wii U game this year that runs pretty much flawless but its also a streamed game so that doesn’t stress the console and that’s why its able to do it. Not because its anywhere close to being as strong as its counterpart.

you sir, are a fucking idiot.

              1. Then it’s a BS angry Nintendo fan bullet dodging. Whatever, they can keep the Microtransaction BS off of Nintendo consoles and keep unconditionally serve Nintendo superior RE games from time to time.

                  1. In gameplay and horror ideals. Then on other consoles it’s just buffed visuals that’s still lacking behind PC and BS COD-try hard action style gameplay that’s nothing but a window dressing of how stale the game is.

                    1. Sorry buddy, I can name hundreds of horror games on other consoles that are amazing in both gameplay and horror.

                      1. Like what? The Last of Us..oh wait, The Walking Dead did it better (except Survival Instincts sucked balls). The Evil Within with its inconsistent story and all too familiar settings? Oh hold up. Resident Evil did it better and first. Silent Hill hasn’t been good for years, FEAR sucked since the second game, RE5 ruined the series itself with 6 driving a knife through its heart and Fatal Frame hasn’t seen the light of day outside of Japan. Dead Island is fucking boring and Deadrising isn’t scary at all. There’s only very few games left that respects horror and has some unique ideas.

                        1. Only a fan boy like you who knows nothing about non Nintendo games would say bad things about Silent Hill.

                        2. The reason RE5 and ‘RE6 wasn’t on Nintendo consoles were due to hardware buddy. It was just a coincidence that they did bad. Capcom didn’t just didgup one day and say “Hey, let’s make a bad game”

                          1. But at least Capcom compensated for Wii’s comparative hardware limitations. Of course, Wii’s healthy sales compelled their decision to actually release something there (many times). But Capcom took advantage of Wii’s strengths to still provide an RE game. They made not 1 but 2 Chronicles games, which were really good (solid Rail Shooters with good controls, plenty of unlocks and replayability, lots of tension, comparatively light on cutscenes, and decent graphics). Plus, SEGA followed suit & released a House of the Dead compilation AND a new entry in the series (which was solid and super-sick for any console, let alone a “casual kiddy” one).

Wii U’s comparatively poor sales, lack of exposure and/or misconceptions, and Capcom’s faltering business keeps them away (as is the case for many fallen publishers). Sure, practices like microtransactions and Unity/U-play go against the Ninty grain, as do shoddy ports and unfair pricing (any consumer with a brain would shun crap). But that’s how profits are acquired nowadays, otherwise shareholders won’t get to leech enough off the company, and eight different bosses will want that TPS Report regarding a character’s hair count and nipple size. Yet if Capcom was actually concerned about creating actual games for an actual console, they’d put something on Wii U, especially if one of Wii U’s main issues is lack of titles. While most publishers want quick cash nowadays (seems like they’re all shoveling their ware), Capcom could at least port an awesome title from the past that never hit a Nintendo console (Maximo, Breath of Fire III – 6, Capcom vs., mainline Onimusha) to cover both the “new” aspect, and the ‘tried-and-true’ aspect. Or why not resurrect Dead Phoenix? But multiplats and mobile reign supreme and are the only way these publishers and opportunists think they can stay afloat. And of course, Sony and MS will throw money hats at their own peril. And hey, they even skipped a console to make budget PCs and steer the industry in the Twin agenda.

Nintendo needs to buy IPs from Capcom. Without SEGA and the old Sony, Nintendo is the only console manufacturer in the mainline part of the industry, which is not mainstream enough nowadays. If real gaming is to thrive again, the core must be strenghtened, and new studios and consoles must arise.

Most companies and franchises are shells of their former selves, if even that. While Wii U does need more titles, Nintendo must rely on companies that actually produce games similar to the examples of Wii, PS2, GCN, Dreamcast, and so on. Basically indies, because Ninty is kinda Alone in the Dark.

                      1. Yes and then ‘RE4 came to other consoles due to low sells with Nintendo and every other version since has been superior

                        1. You failed to understand my comment. Nintendo is often the first or only to host a far better RE game no matter the sales. And how can RE4 on GameCube have low sales which = failure if it was one of the most successful and highly praised games in history? Try again because I know my material.

                          1. It became highly praised once on other consoles artard, that is why ‘RE remake was widely not known until it recently came to other consoles. I know my stuff.

                            1. No. Don’t even try to diss GameCube because of its lifetime sales over one game that proved most skeptic fools like you wrong. Reason why it was ported so many times because it was among the best games ever made and Capcom wanted to spread out and capitalize that popularity for as long as they could.

                            1. The reason the Gameplay in ‘RE changed in the first place was due to the poor sells of RE Remake on the GameCube and that is a fact stated by Calvin.

                            2. Exactly. It is a well-known fact that the sales of Resident Evil on the Gamecube were so poor that Capcom had to port RE4 to PS2, in order to recoup their development costs and that the poor sales of REmake were what caused the change in gameplay in RE4 in the first place. Just google it, Nintendo fanboys. “Poor sales” “Gamecube” “Resident Evil.” You’ll get all the proof you need to shatter your delusions.

Shinji Mikami himself said, “Because of the reaction to the Resident Evil remake. I decided to work more action into Resident Evil 4. Resident Evil 4 would have been a more scary, horror-focused game if the remake had sold well.”

                          2. No it didn’t, RE4 was annouced for other consoles before it even came out on GC. So sales had nothing to do with it going to other consoles, do some research before spurting nonsense. And I agree, I too think the Wii version was superior.

                            1. Locky.Mavo dude, you are the one spurting nonsense. We are stating facts, and don’t say prove it like the little f*cktard you are because you can Google it.

                      2. Ridley, the Angel of Death

Funny you mention them since the Chronicle games were better than Call of Duty: Zombies & Monsters Edition… *cough* Oops! I mean Resident Evil 5 and 6! So the PS3 can keep them.

                        1. Limited resources, they probably have all they’re Dev teams working on something else, maybe they don’t see a profit, or they probably wouldn’t know how to go about an episodic game on they’re online infrastructure.

Multiple things come to mind but I guess we won’t know until they finally say something (They being Nintendo.)

          2. The Wii U shit is a straight up lie. It would cost money to put on Wii U and wouldn’t sale well enough on Wii U to make money. Be honest you douche bags.

            1. I agree with Modest Gamer, Most 3rd party games Nintendo well on Nintendo console s because most of you guys don’t play the same games that everybody else on other consoles play. This and Nintendo’s weak hardware make Companies not want to develop games on Nintendo consoles.

              1. It has nothing to do with weak hardware, it never has. If third parties thought they could make money then they would find a way to make it work. It’s all about money, nothing more.

            2. It may sell well if it wasn’t for the separate chapters Microtransaction BS which will be a direct turn off for the Nintendo/RE fan side and elsewhere in general. I would’ve bought it on Wii U if it was completed and sold with everything I can expect and it should have.

              1. Well, Nintendo could opt in to do something like Sony is doing with the Vita. The Vita version is coming out when all episodes and content have been released and are combining them into one. Sony’s the one financing it because Capcom wouldn’t.

                There are always other options.

          3. I call bullcrap on this one. You know why? Because the Wii U is capable of handling the game if they gave it a chance.

            Also, Wasn’t RE:Revelations 1 a best seller on the 3DS?

            1. Well, we still have MH, so if they want to waste their MH profits in sinking their business, let’s hope Nintendo buys the MH IP when Capcom goes belly up!

If they are smart, they are working on the Next MH for Nintendo hardware. Pretty sure we’re all that’s keeping them afloat!

          4. There wouldn’t /be/ a RE:R2 if it weren’t for Nintendo. The /LEAST/ they could do is give us a straightforward reason for not putting it on the Wii U instead of tapdancing their way around “we just don’t wanna”.

          5. That’s a damn shame that Resident Evil Revelations 2 is skipping Nintendo platforms when it’s predecessor sold the most on the 3DS……smh. ” Crapcom ” is full of shit for their treatment of Nintendo fans. I hope Nintendo buys them out so that their franchises can be relevant and meaningful again

            1. Exactly. Don’t forget, they’re the ones who destroyed RE and they decide to make RE on Nintendo whenever they need a test bed for potentially “bad” ideal games that actually turns out to be good and then they go fuck it up on other consoles. Lucky for Nintendo, they give us the best RE game’s first or only but then when they ditch Nintendo, they screw up.

They’re a whole company of retards.

              1. Monster Hunter is only good franchise that ” Crapcom ” has left and hasn’t screwed up on but what about Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Lost Planet, Devil May Cry, Mega Man, Darkstalkers, Bionic Commando, Breath Of Fire, Final Fight etc. Those franchises either don’t sell or shelved or ignored. Sadly to say that Monster Hunter is the only relevant franchise they have….but aside from that what else has sold over a million copies for them?

          6. Excuses once again. But oddly enough, it seems like Nintendo gets chosen as a test bed host for a possible RE game that ends up being the best one out of other consoles so this really doesn’t bother me much to the extent but I hate hearing excuses.

            1. All that money they are making off Smash Bros with Mega man and his stages. Don’t forget Mega Man amiibo. Hell Nintendo made a Megs Man Amiibo before some of their own IPs such as Olimar and Duck Hunt. Each Smash bros. Game sold a percentage goes to Cap com. And why won’t Nintendo do something about?

            2. Nintendo was what put Resident Evil games out there to begin with. Capcom does this? Of course Iwata want do nothing about he’s a dumb ass. They should also remove Megaman period. And take off all Capcom games on VS. Nintendo is promoting their shit making money off Nintendo and no 3rd party from Capcom? Boycott capcom!!!!! All your money is doing is making RE2 for other consoles but Nintendo consoles. Just to better other consoles. Alll that Smash bros money is going to Campcom to make games for other consoles but Nintendo. Wow Nintendo really is the savoir of video games.

              1. What delusional Nintendo Kool Aid have you been drinking, you bloody fool? Resident Evil started out on Playstation. And it has always sold best on Playstation. Briefly making it Gamecube exclusive did so poorly that it caused them to reboot the entire franchise. Don’t take my word for it. Go google “poor sales” “Gamecube” “Resident Evil” and you’ll see dozens of articles on how going Nintendo only was poison for the franchise.

Meanwhile, Resident Evil HD Remake is the fastest selling downloadable title in Playstation Network history. Learn to reality, fanboys.

          7. Nintendo Lieutenant Cereza

Guess that means I get to watch you guys run another franchise into the ground. A series of bad decisions.

            1. All Nintendo can do is stop production on Mega Man Amiibo. Or Boycott Megaman Amiibo. Why should they make Money off Nintendo with no 3rd party games in return? Yet Boycott Splatoons? Boycott Mega man amiibo. They better be lucky Megaman aint DLC.

          8. Thats the way I feel. I’m not too upset about the game not coming to the Wii U, however when developers blatantly lie to our face, now that pisses me off. It’s so obvious this guy is telling a flat out bullshit PR lie, and honestly it’s insulting to everyone who reads or hears it. Another developer to add to the shit list of liars.

          9. Another thing, why don’t the people doing the interviews ever call developers out on their lies? There are far too many chicken shit “game journalist” and far too few “Angry Joes”.

              1. And whats the point in an interview if all that your gonna hear is PR lies? Hell, they can tell us the lies without the interview.

            1. Because they like having a job. Do you really think a developer is going to go back after being called out like that? That’s the reason why there aren’t that many angry joes.

              1. They would still have a job. And who cares if one single developer doesn’t call you back. Their are literally hundreds of developers out there. And you would grow a loyal fanbase for being honest and hard hitting. These interviewers don’t make their money off of the people they are interviewing, (well, unless they are paid sell outs) they make their money off of their fanbase.

          10. Legit question. Has the skill of developers gotten worse over the years? Do computers do all the work now (engines) and as a result developers are now dependent on them? I know I’d be embarrassed to admit I was incapable of porting to Wii U or 3DS. Or, is this just lip service and they are just trying to save face instead of being honest that it’s lack of potential sales?

          11. Hardware issue ! What a load of crap. They just can’t be bothered to put the effort in on the Wii u. Even tho the Wii u sold more consoles than Xbox one they still miss games. Sad

          12. It explain the 3DS even though its a mistake to do that, but not really much, if any of an explanation of the Wii U.

          13. >Moving onto new gen systems
            >still release it for 360 and ps3
It must be hard to release episodic dlc on nintendo consoles, we all know capcom needs the money for their uncomplete games.

          14. If they make another smash bros take out Rayman Trophy and megaman. Why should they make money off Smash and won’t return nothing back to Nintendo. Nintendo is too fucking nice. They need to grow a set of balls and stop kissing these 3rd parties asses by paying them for putting their ips in their games. And Ps3 and 360 hardware is different yet gets Resident Evil too.

          15. More powerful or not, the PS Vita is never going to match the sales of the 3DS. That’s a fact.

I don’t mind not getting RE R2, I won’t go out of my way to buy a new console just for that game.

            1. Power aint got shit to do with it. Capcom used Nintendo. And Iwata is just a dumb ass he won’t do nothing. What Iwata should have done was made Capcom sign a contract befor putting Megaman on Wii U. Make same games on PS4 to be on Wii U with same features and all that shit and we will make Megaman Amiibo or it’s no deal. Microsoft would have done that. And what if Capcom took all Megaman Amiibo money to make a new Mega Man game to debut on all consoles but Wii U and 3Ds. And they wouldnt have to advertise it so much because Mega Man Amiibo is already promoting it.

            2. Hate to say it but I actually might buy a ps4. I’m never leaving Nintendo but I really wanna play rer2. Still, I hate Capcom now so I’ll just get it used.

          16. I like how they said “still a hardware issue” that’s got to be one of the stupidest cover up lies a 3rd party can tell us. And yet it’s coming to Vita, who cares if Vita can stream PS3 and PS4 games it doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be any different than the first game on 3DS

          17. How’s it a hardware issue for the Wii-U when it’s coming to the PS3, 360, and the Vita? Their reason for not bringing it the 3DS is perfectly fine but don’t lie about why it’s not coming to the Wii-U. Just say it’s because sales of multiplats are relatively poor on the Wii-U, which is the more likely and believable reason

            1. Who’s even asking for a more realistic game anyway? The graphics of the first game was superb which Capcom then somehow screwed up on the HD port. You can bet the Vita,360,and the PS3 versions wouldn’t even look close to the “next gen versions” this graphics nonsense is hindering good games as evident with anything 3rd parties made in 2014. That’s why Nintendo games would always be better

          18. Anyone else finds it interesting that they’re blaming the hardware, yet when the Wii sold millions they made the hardware work?
For one, I believe the 3DS at least deserves the sequel to the game it started on, especially when it was so highly praised. As for the Wii U’s hardware, that’s still a pretty stupid argument. If you don’t want to make the game because of sales, just say so instead of making others believe otherwise. Sure, make it multiplat if you want, but just giving the middle finger to Nintendo fans just ain’t right.

          19. UGH, i’m sick of these arguments devs are makin for the wii u, just say it how it fuckin is, you dont think you’ll make a profit on the console(though the lack of 3ds weirds me out) Harware issues? right thats why it’s coming out for the XBOX 360 AND PS3…. lying about shit like this is only gonna cause harm to the console.

          20. So it’s like, “hey Nintendo, thanks for helping us to revitalize a franchise that was heading into the shitter faster than a corn dog shucking fat guy at a county fair, but for the sequel you can go $&@/ yourselves. Thanks again!”

          21. Allll y’all money you invested in Campcom software in thevirtual console is being used for a PS4 and PS3 games. Namco took our smash bros money to work on Soul Caliber for everything but Wii U. So that’s 3rd party’s strategy. Put small support in Nintendo’s AAA tittles to make money and use it to develop software and no plans on making it for Wii U. Next Smash bros. Get rid of Namco, Rayman Trophy, and Megaman. Keep Sonic only because they stick with Nintendo. Nintendo helped 3rd party but they don’t help Nintendo. Boycott Megaman Amiibo!

          22. I was always against buying a PS4. But it’s almost as if nearly every third-party company is in cahoots with Sony (and Microsoft) to try getting more people to buy the PS4 and/or Xbox One. I’ve actually (for the first time) been wishing I had a PS4. Simply for Assassin’s Creed (because of loving A.C. III and IV so much). Despite what I heard about the bugs in the games. But I still feel that buying a console just for one game isn’t worth doing (even though there’s other games I might like if I tried them). I only wish I had the money. Because of that, I’ll probably be stuck with only the Wii U and it’s extremely limited games.

            1. Resident Evil Revelations 2 is also coming to the Xbox 360 and PS3 so if you’re still on the fences about getting a PS4 you can play that game on the older HD systems too and their dirt cheap to boot

              1. I must admit, I’m VERY tempted to get a PS3. But, is it dumb to buy a last gen console when a new, current gen console is out? Hmm…….the only thing I can think of that makes me think that this is a good idea is the fact that the PS4 isn’t backward compatible with PS3 games. Which means that buying a PS3 is the only way for me to play PS3 games. Makes me VERY tempted indeed. This is the first time since the PS3 first came out that I was tempted to buy a non-Nintendo console.

                1. Yes, you should buy one. You can get a Ps3 slim refurbished for 100 bucs. Thats pretty cheap and you’ll be able to play all the great Ps3 games.

          23. “Because we ended up expanding on the new-gen hardware, that then limited us to what we can do as far as hardware we can work on.” What a bunch of liars, new-gen hardware my ass, it’s coming to PS3, Vita and 360!

God, I hope Nintendo buy these assholes and SEGA out.

          24. What an excuse. If this game fails at least it’s their fault. They just have to make a grave for the series… Revelations gave the fans what they wanted in a Resident Evil game and now they are doing this? Wow way to go Capcom, I wonder how long Monster Hunter can keep you relevant.

          25. I recently started playing the first Resident Evil Revelations on the Wii U, and I don’t know if I’m even going to continue. I beat the first boss and got the key to the special door. But after that, I took the new elevator and searched top and bottom and can’t figure out where the heck I’m supposed to go? Getting stumped in games is a real pet peeve of mine. I hate having to search for YouTube videos every time I’m stumped.

          26. I find it hard to believe its a matter of framework, he didn’t really answer the question, if its about moving to “New Gen” then why is it on Xbox 360, PS3 and Vita :/

          27. The game can’t run it what a load of crap has anyone played the original revelations the engine that was used looked pretty dam good just laziness and excuses that’s all anyways getting on 360 sucks that its not coming to 3ds

          28. They are full of crap really because they have moved it to new gen its ins not on wii u if that was the case it would not be on 360 and ps 3 either. the wii u can do what the 360 and ps 3 plus more that is a fact. so if a game is on 360 and ps 3 it can be done on wii u

          29. I would always laugh at this excuse as 3rd parties were so keen to support Wii and DS even though they lack the hardware power of other 7th gen machines. Since when have 3rd parties abandoned platforms for “hardware issues”? They are just not releasing on 3DS so they would have damage control against fans asking why it isn’t on Wii U but of course they fucked up their excuse.

          30. If its such a hardware issue, why is it on the previous gen consoles that are weaker than the Wii U? I hate when 3rd Party companies just lie to everyone’s face so they don’t piss Nintendo off when Nintendo is the only hardware to accept them with open arms again. These assholes think everyone is stupid. The people who stand behind their PS4 or XO will just shit on everything else because of what they got. Including the company that single handedly saved gaming so that it exists today. I have a Vita btw, and its not as powerful as a Wii U but its coming to it anyway. I don’t feel like starting an argument with PS4/XO fans who don’t have nothing better to do than shit on the Wii U because they don’t understand it and spread false rumors about it because 3rd Party says those rumors are true. In other words, if you have nothing nice to say to me, you can fuck off kindly. To those who know the general area of the Wii U’s actual horse power, good job actually researching that instead of trusting the same people who made the masterpiece Assassin’s Creed Unity that wasn’t broken in any way and ran at perfect 60 frames. (sarcasm if you haven’t detected it). If you have a PS4 whatever, that doesn’t give you the right to blindly assume that its non worthy to ever being existent in this world. Overall, you probably never picked up a Nintendo console in your life and judged them for their looks and not what they achieve. You wouldn’t like it if I said that PS4 can’t even game in 900p 30 fps because its a stinky pile of crap. I did my research and guess what, only certain games do that. XO is the 2nd most powerful but I question it as a console as a whole since to me it looks the weakest of the 3. I don’t know whats under that VCR looking case to prove my opinion of it is true, but seems like it to me.

          31. Ridley, the Angel of Death

In other words, it’s code for this: “We thank you for saving Resident Evil, Nintendo, by letting us make Resident Evil Revelations & for buying our game, Nintendo 3DS owners, & to pull the franchise from the shit that was Resident Evil 5 & 6. Now excuse us while we fuck you over with the sequel by not giving it to you! When Resident Evil starts to fail again, please buy the next Resident Evil game we make for a Nintendo console/handheld so you can save the franchise. When you do, we’ll repeat the cycle of screwing you out of the next sequel & making a new Resident Evil for your console when the franchise starts to fail again because of our incompetence!”

I was going to buy Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate but fuck that shit! You aren’t the only ones that can screw people over, Crapcum/Shitcom!

          32. Well this is crap, you released Resident Evil Revelations on Wii U,Xbox,PS3,and PC but now we get a second one and you can’t give 3DS a fair acknowledgment?,you better make up for this Capcom!

          33. Nintendo is bull****ing us talking about new hardware wii u has g8t the newest and ps3 has the oldest shit. Its f***ed up why there going to sell us re revelations but not give us 2 its really fucked up nintendo.
