Dead Mage Reveals Shadow Blade: Reload For Wii U

Dead Mage has revealed that it’s bringing Shadow Blade: Reload to Wii U. The action-platforming side-scroller features a campaign where players will venture through seven chapters and follow a comic book-style story. It also contains a challenge mode that puts your ninja skills to the test. In addition, the game includes a level editor that lets users create their own levels and share them with their friends.

  1. Three thoughts:

    1. Level editor? Awesome! Hope you can share levels on Miiverse. Possibly through hyper complicated QR codes like in Pushmo.

    2. I can just imagine that voice actor with his beautifully gravelly patrician voice reading this script and going “ho boy, here we go again… buck up old boy, this job pays for your one-man show.”

    3. I like how, faced with a future of endless violence, our only hope is a ninja who CHOPS EVERYONE HE SEES INTO GORY PIECES.

  2. Love these kinds of ninja games. Beat shinobi on the 3ds and never got to play stider but heard good things hopefully this can match that
